Spero per l'immagine della scuola e per la soddisfazione dei clienti che questo sia stato un episodio isolato, certo è che i clienti, per potenziali che siano, non si trattano così. Per me si è chiusa una porta e non mi stupirei se anche altri facessero altrettanto. Some afternoon ago I went to the British to get some information and I came across a person (a man who was probably the school secretary) very rude and opinionated. I hope for the image of the school and for the satisfaction of the customers that this was an isolated episode, it is certain that the clients, for potential as they are, do not treat each other like this. For me a door has closed and I wouldn't be surprised if others did the same.
