Bread, but also pizzas, focaccia, pastries… aromas that perfume the entire sidewalk and that inevitably attract us inside this charming bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I buy the same bread, the young woman asks me 3 euros more, and the middle-aged woman gets it lower. The young woman does not even give a receipt. Is it a magic bakery?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My spouse and I chose this bakery as their baked goods looked decent and it had 4.5 stars review on Google. We waited in line as you would expect people would as it is common courtesy. However, the staff was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and refused to acknowledge our prescence. Eventually my husband said 'Ciao' and one of the ladies responded back 'Ciao' and we thought we would be served next. She then continued to serve others who arrived after us (who seemed to be locals/Italian speaking) and continued to ignore us - we waited in line for about another 5 mins before we tried for their attention a second time. There was evident preferential treatment and unfairness with the bakery staff mentality. I will definitely be making my family and friends aware to never come to this bakery as I've never felt so unwelcomed. We can easily find other bakeries in Florence with better service.
