★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever expensive price the staff is very bad.. I ordered two times bred for burgers the first one i went and wasn’t there “they told me they send to someone else’’ okay I forgiven them that time second time I ordered and I asked for price in the phone.. and I went to get the bred and they charged me triple price 30 hamburger normally they told me cost 15 ero.. but when I went there.. they charge me 45 ero.. was and who workes there.. really terrible experience.. I will never write a bad review but they deserved.. special the old lady who is working there she makes the price how she wants.. never again I don’t suggest anyone this worst place they deserve 0 star..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this bakery! Super cheap and delicious pastries and in such a great location. The staff could be a little bit nicer and sometimes I've had my change or pastry aggressively handed to me when it's not busy, so theres really no excuse. They're also not too kind to learning Italian speakers. If you can excuse the staff and deal with it for an interaction, then you'll find the some of the best pastries in Florence for really cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so so many spectacular pastry shops in Florence, this one is not really for a wide variety--you aren't going to find display cases full of cream pastries or 20 breads, but this is my go-to for one particular cookie-- a round sugar cookie. It's not that I dislike it, its great. But you don't need to go all the way to this neighborhood to find cookies and foccaccia. Still, if you are around here, it's a great choice.

Try the Tuscan specialty “Pan di Ramerino” - a delicious bread seasoned with rosemary and studded with raisins.
The they also have a crunchy, salty quinoa cracker with poppy seeds. Worth the walk!
