P	Paul Money on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leggo recensioni riguardo la simpatia e la disponibilità riscontrati nel servizio e mi domando se i commenti non siano artificiali vista la mia esperienza appena accaduta. La maleducazione della signora bionda che lavora alla reception è direttamente proporzionale alla sua simpatia e voglia di lavorare dato che ho prima chiamato lo studio per sapere il prezzo di un prelievo e mi è stato detto che lei non aveva tempo di fare un preventivo al telefono, quindi mi sono quindi presentato di persona e alla richiesta di un esame ematico in genetica per intolleranza al lattosio,mi ha risposto che questo tipo di esame ematico non esiste. Alla mia domanda se fosse l'esame a non esistere o lo studio a non farlo la signora si è innervosita smettendo di rispondere alla mia domanda facendo capire che la sua già debole voglia di lavorare era ormai esaurita. Spero che il titolare del laboratorio venga a conoscenza del modo in cui la sua dipendente si comporta nei confronti dei pazienti e che si prendano provvedimenti a riguardo. The rudeness of the blonde lady who works at the reception is directly proportional to her sympathy and desire to work as I first called the studio to find out the price of a withdrawal and was told that she did not have time to make a quote over the phone, so I presented myself in person and when asked for a blood test in genetics for lactose intolerance, he replied that this type of blood test does not exist. When I asked if it was the exam that didn't exist or the study that didn't, the lady got nervous and stopped answering my question, making it clear that her already weak desire to work was now exhausted. I hope that the owner of the laboratory becomes aware of the way his employee behaves towards patients and that action is taken.

Le due signore alla reception sono incredibilmente scontrose e odiose già di prima mattina. Ho dovuto attendere dieci minuti prima che mi ascoltassero, nonostante fossi la sola persona presente nel laboratorio. Ho fatto UNA SOLA domanda e mi hanno gelata, capisco tutto, ma rispondere in modo stizzito già alla prima domanda è inconcepibile. Sarebbe meglio non far lavorare a contatto con il pubblico persone così umanamente e professionalmente incapaci. Ho lavorato a contatto con il pubblico e so cosa significa fare bene il proprio lavoro. Positive reviews must be from the employees themselves, otherwise it is not explained. The two ladies at the front desk are incredibly grumpy and hateful early in the morning. I had to wait ten minutes before they heard me, even though I was the only person in the lab. I asked ONLY ONE question and they froze me, I understand everything, but answering the first question in an angry way is inconceivable. It would be better not to have people who are so humanly and professionally incapable of working in contact with the public. I have worked in contact with the public and I know what it means to do your job well.

Ogni volta che andiamo a questo laboratorio c’è un problema, non lo consiglio a meno che siate disperati e non possiate spostarvi. The reception staff are unprofessional, surly and inflexible. Every time we go to this laboratory there is a problem, I do not recommend it unless you are desperate and cannot move.

Invece non ho riscontrato la scortesia che molti lamentano, con me sono stati tutti gentili. I wonder what kind of convention they saw that no exemptions passed, not even the most obvious ones, you pay for everything. Mi sono trovata di fronte a un ambiente confortevole e un'accoglienza gentile e disponibile con un personale sanitario che oltre a una professionalità fuori dal comune e competenza, offre una grande umanità. Tutti elementi che rendono unico questo luogo e che consiglio a chi necessita di esami clinici. Some friends told me very well about the Bravetta Diagnostic Laboratory and as I needed to do some tests, I decided to use this center. I found myself faced with a comfortable environment and a kind and helpful welcome with a healthcare staff who, in addition to an extraordinary professionalism and competence, offers great humanity. All elements that make this place unique and that I recommend to those in need of clinical examinations.

Ho aspettato fino alle 10, dopodichè io e le altre persone in fila abbiamo chiesto se, nonostante l'orario consentito per i prelievi (dalle 7 alle 10) avremo potuto ancora farlo. La risposta è stata positiva, così abbiamo aspettato finchè una signora è passata davanti a me perchè amica dello staff, senza nemmeno chiedere si è infatti introdotta al mio posto. Una volta arrivato il mio turno, sono stata fatta entrare (erano le 10:30) e mi è stato detto che oramai non potevo più fare il test, nonostante un ora di fila! Nemmeno mi è stato chiesto scusa! In fila con me c'era anche una signora incinta a cui nemmeno le è stata data una sedia per sedersi nell'attesa! Leggo nelle recensioni che tutti si chiedono perchè la dipendente bionda non venga ripresa per i suoi modi scorbutici con i clienti. Sapete perchè? Perchè è la moglie del titolare! Vengo da più di 10 anni in questo laboratorio a fare le analisi, mi hanno chiesto se volessi tornare domani a fare il test, ma la mia risposta è stata negativa! Non verrò mai più! Non c'è organizzazione, non c'erano i numeretti per la fila! Se devi fare un prelievo o altro sicuramente aspetterai 1 ora in fila, come minimo.. I read in the reviews that everyone is wondering why the blonde employee is not reprimanded for her grumpy ways with customers. Do you know why? Because she is the owner's wife! I have been coming to this laboratory for more than 10 years to do the tests, they asked me if I wanted to come back tomorrow to take the test, but my answer was negative! I will never come again! There is no organization, there were no numbers for the queue! If you have to make a withdrawal or anything else you will surely wait 1 hour in line, at least ..
