★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il titolare, Alessandro Ricci, conosce come poche altre persone la zona in cui opera e ha saputo darmi i consigli giusti per valorizzare l'appartamento che gli ho dato l'incarico di vendere.
Gli annunci che ha messo sui siti specializzati più noti sono stati efficaci, esaurienti, informativi, corredati di ottime foto e "virtual tour". In 15 giorni dalla pubblicazione degli annunci avevo già firmato la proposta di acquisto per accettazione, merito sicuramente anche di Alessandro, che ha saputo presentare l'appartamento evidenziandone i pregi, ma senza nasconderne i difetti.
Alessandro ha il raro pregio di saper essere di aiuto ad entrambe le parti. D'altronde, come qualsiasi lavoro, iniziare è facile, ma restare sulla cresta dell'onda per anni riesce solo a chi si impone per onestà e serietà.
In una parola: straconsigliato!

In 15 days from the publication of the announcements I had already signed the purchase proposal for acceptance, certainly also thanks to Alessandro, who was able to present the apartment highlighting its merits, but without hiding its defects.
Alessandro has the rare merit of knowing how to be of help to both sides. On the other hand, like any job, getting started is easy, but staying on the crest of the wave for years is only successful for those who impose themselves for honesty and seriousness.
In one word: highly recommended!

Dal primo istante che ho trovato Alessandro
( il responsabile della agenzia) per mostrarmi l'appartamento fino al ultimo giorno della compravendita come una persona molto alla mano e molto preparato , dandomi anche dei consigli utili, comunque non ostante problemi che non riguardavano la agenzia ma il proprietario abbiamo dovuto rimandare il rogito di qualche settimana.
Consiglio vivamente Roma - immobiliare perché non cerca di venderti un appartamento il prima possibile per incassare la commissione ma ben si ti consiglia e ti guida affinché possa prendere la decisione migliore raffigurando anche diverse opzione .
Nel mio caso avevo già un amico che lavora nel settore e devo dire che questo e stato nel mio caso di grande aiuto nelle decisione prese.
I can describe my experience with the agency as top professional.
From the first moment I found Alessandro
(the manager of the agency) to show me the apartment until the last day of the sale as a very easygoing and very prepared person, also giving me useful advice, however despite problems that did not concern the agency but the owner we had to postpone the deed a few weeks.
I highly recommend Rome - real estate because it does not try to sell you an apartment as soon as possible to collect the commission but we advise you and guide you so that you can make the best decision by also depicting different options.
In my case I already had a friend who works in the sector and I must say that this was in my case of great help in the decisions taken.
