Un'esperienza sicuramente da non ripetere e inoltre mi sono stati venduti libri non richiesti che, per mia disattenzione non ho verificato al momento, e per i quali non intendo discutere ulteriormente con le suddette persone.

se una persona viene da lei per comprare dei libri in quanto ha scelto il vostro negozio non deve essere trattata male solo perchè la sottoscritta non aveva soldi per ritirarli al momento? spero che con questa recensione la situazione cambi, lo dico per i clienti che continuano ad andarci
very stocked but the cashier lady in the book department was not very friendly regarding my experience,
they have lost a customer??
if a person comes to you to buy books because he has chosen your shop, he should not be treated badly just because the undersigned did not have the money to collect them at the moment I hope that with this review the situation changes, I say it for the customers who continue to go there

Spesso per lavoro ho bisogno di testi storici a volte anche molto difficili da trovare, sempre con grande impegno sono stato seguito e accontentato. Ormai Alessandro è al corrente anche dei miei gusti da “tempo libero” e non manca di avvisarmi quando i miei autori preferiti escono con un nuovo romanzo. È bello avere un punto di riferimento dove poter andare a sfogliare fisicamente i libri. Grazie per la gentilezza e la professionalità, in questo ringraziamento vorrei includere anche la ragazza che sempre gentilente mi ha accolto. Purtroppo ora non ricordo il suo nome. Libreria super consigliata
It has been my trusted bookstore for some years now. Often for work I need historical texts sometimes very difficult to find, always with great commitment I have been followed and satisfied. By now Alessandro is also aware of my “free time” tastes and does not fail to notify me when my favorite authors come out with a new novel. It's nice to have a point of reference where you can physically go and leaf through the books. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism, in this thank you I would also like to include the girl who always kindly welcomed me. Unfortunately I don't remember his name now. Super recommended bookstore
