★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non lavorano senza appuntamento perché hanno un solo dipendente quindi rimane occupato. devi aspettare dalle 4 alle 5 ore. evitare se si vuole fare un lungo viaggio.
 they don't work without an appointment because they only have one employee so they stay busy. you have to wait 4 to 5 hours. avoid if you want to go on a long journey.

spiace sentire la sua insoddisfazione ma ha dimenticato di precisare che è venuto da noi durante il periodo delle ferie di Agosto, per cui è normale che vi possa essere il personale ridotto, teniamo molto alla puntualità e rispetto dei tempi di lavorazione.
Ci dispiace per l'accaduto, ad un prossimo servizio dove le dimostreremo la nostra professionalità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro fine settembre per mettere le gomme invernali. dopo mesi quando ho beccato la prima neve e perdendo il controllo della macchina mi sono accorto che mi avevano montato le gomme estive. In tutti modi ho provato a spiegare che quando esco dal gommista non guardo che gomme ho sapendo che ho richiesto quelli invernali quindi non potevo accorgermi.
Inoltre a giugno sempre da loro avevo messo le gomme estive quindi non aveva alcun senso che a settembre dopo tre mesi compravo altre gomme estive. Quindi alla fine non hanno voluto montarmi le gomme invernali sapendo che hanno sbagliato loro. Sconsiglio a tutti questo gommista.
I turned to them at the end of September to put on winter tires. after months when I caught the first snow and losing control of the car, I realized that I had been fitted with summer tires. In all ways I tried to explain that when I leave the tire dealer I don't look at what tires I have, knowing that I requested the winter ones so I couldn't notice.
Also in June I had always put on summer tires from them so it didn't make any sense that in September after three months I bought other summer tires. So in the end they didn't want to put my winter tires on me knowing that they were wrong. I do not recommend this tire dealer to everyone.
