L'epilogo: macchina riparata, tenuto aggiornato sulle riparazioni in tempo reale, servizio eccellente.
Per me meglio non poteva andare.
 The prerequisites: car gone, I understand how much of nuclear energy (or nothing) about engines, and I live in Milan.
The epilogue: machine repaired, kept up to date on repairs in real time, excellent service.
For me it could not go better.

Ho sentito delle lamentele sui prezzi. per quanto mi riguarda i prezzi sono allineati alla "concorrenza" . Anzi,quando possono cercano di farti risparmiare.

I have known Mirko as a mechanic since he worked for the shrewd brothers. He has always shown himself to be correct, attentive, prepared and available. qualities that are present in his team and in his workshop.
I have heard complaints about the prices. as far as I'm concerned the prices are aligned with the "competition". Indeed, when they can they try to save you.

Non sono rimasto affatto deluso. Mi sono presentato per esporre il mio problema ad Alessandro, che mi ha spiegato chiaramente cosa c'era da aggiustare, nonostante io di macchine non capisca niente. Ciò che più mi ha colpito, è stata la varietà di soluzioni che Alessandro mi ha esposto per andare ovviamente in contro al problema della macchina, ma anche delle mie esigenze personali, sia per un fattore di tempistiche che di spesa. Per me che lavoro con il pubblico significa molto, perché capirne di macchine è il minimo che mi aspetto da un meccanico, ma l'attenzione alla persona e alle sue esigenze, è un valore aggiunto inestimabile. Grazie mille!!!

I was not disappointed at all. I introduced myself to explain my problem to Alessandro, who clearly explained to me what needed to be fixed, even though I don't understand anything about machines. What struck me most was the variety of solutions that Alessandro presented to me to obviously go against the problem of the car, but also of my personal needs, both for a time and expense factor. For me, working with the public means a lot, because understanding machines is the least I expect from a mechanic, but attention to the person and his needs is an invaluable added value. Mi hanno messo tra le priorità, anche se inizialmente, mi hanno riferito che l' auto sarebbe stata disponibile il giorno dopo. Alle 17,30 era già pronta. Cordialità, disponibilità, professionalità. sinceramente, grazie... ?
