Mi organizzo per quella mattina per lasciare lì la macchina, con il lavoro e la famiglia da gestire. Arrivati all'appuntamento, mi dicono di avere problemi e che non possono procedere. Avrebbero potuto avvisare, ma non l'hanno ritenuto importante. Mi dicono che mi chiameranno loro appena tutto sarà efficiente...sto ancora aspettando la telefonata e sono passate altre due settimane. Il giorno dopo ho fatto la revisione in un altro posto, senza appuntamento e a un prezzo inferiore. Lo sconsiglio. Persone evidentemente poco professionali e poco attente al cliente.
I made an appointment two weeks earlier for the car review, so I was running out of time. I organize for that morning to leave the car there, with work and family to manage. Arrived at the appointment, they tell me that they have problems and that they cannot proceed. They could have warned, but they didn't consider it important. They tell me that they will call me as soon as everything is efficient ... I'm still waiting for the call and it's been another two weeks. The next day I did the review in another place, without an appointment and at a lower price. I do not recommend it. People who are evidently unprofessional and not very attentive to the customer.

Quest'anno si sono scordati di avvisarmi del cambio perché avevo rottamato le vecchie gomme e ci siamo arrivati un po' tardi ma sono stati rapidi nel rimediare alla mia dimenticanza. Consiglio di muoversi per tempo e davvero trovate dei prezzi ottimi rispetto ad altri . Unico difetto orario di chiusura al mattino le 12.30 . Non si fa in tempo a beccarvi quando si esce da lavorare.
Excellent quality / price ratio and often looking for new types of economic but functional tires. This year they forgot to notify me of the change because I had scrapped the old tires and we got there a bit late but they were quick to remedy my forgetfulness. I recommend moving on time and you really find excellent prices compared to others. Only fault closing time in the morning 12.30. You don't have time to get caught when you leave work.
