Dopo aver fatto una fila di 40 minuti per poter chiedere aiuto su come risolvere un problema di SIM la risposta, oltretutto piuttosto scocciata, è stata "deve chiamare il 119". Mi sono rivolto a un piccolo punto vendita di una nota catena, che tratta diversi gestori telefonici non in esclusiva, e mi hanno risolto il problema in pochi minuti. Quando vedono che hanno il negozio pieno dovrebbero essere un po’ più veloci nel servire la gente, a volte si dilungano troppo. Se riuscissero a registrare questo passaggio sarebbero al top. Per quanto riguarda la gentilezza io non ho mai avuto problemi, sempre cordiali. Provate ad andare in certi market, la commessa non ti saluta nè quando ti presenti alla cassa nè quando paghi e vai via come se il loro stipendio venga dal Padre Eterno e non dai soldi che hanno appena incassato da noi clienti. I've known them for a lifetime, good and competent. I don't give the maximum of the evaluation only because the waiting times, at times, actually are too long. When they see that they have a full store, they should be a little quicker in serving people, sometimes they get too long. If they could register this step they would be at the top. As for kindness I have never had any problems, always friendly. Try to go to certain markets, the order doesn't greet you either when you show up at the cashier or when you pay and leave as if their salary comes from the Eternal Father and not from the money they just cashed from us clients.
