★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si può accogliere un cliente che arriva consigliato dall'autoriparatore di fiducia, e che chiede informazioni su un prodotto, con l'affermazione:"Non trattiamo questo genere di prodotti". Successivamente alla richiesta di una banale assistenza su una autoradio già montata con la frase: "Non voglio sapere niente".
Problema elementare egregiamente risolto da un altro professionista degno di tale nome.
You cannot welcome a customer who arrives advised by your trusted car repairer, and who asks for information on a product, with the affirmation: "We do not deal with this kind of products". Following the request for a trivial assistance on a car radio already mounted with the phrase: "I don't want to know anything".
Elementary problem perfectly solved by another professional worthy of the name.

L'ho portato inizialmente da un elettrauto a Modena il quale mi disse che il navigatore purtroppo non poteva essere installato sul volvo, impossibile per x ragioni. Avevo in mano un navigatore da 300 euro senza saper cosa farmene. Ho cercato in internet e per fortuna ho trovato Autoradio Service, sono stati molto disponibili e soprattutto preparati. Hanno trovato una soluzione e me l'hanno installato. Il navigatore funziano molto bene. Grazie!!
I had purchased on the internet, from China, a very nice Android multifunction navigator theoretically compatible for my volvo xc60 of 2010. I initially brought it to an electrician in Modena who told me that the navigator unfortunately could not be installed on the volvo, impossible for x reasons. I was holding a 300 euro navigator without knowing what to do with it. I searched the internet and luckily I found Autoradio Service, they were very helpful and above all prepared. They found a solution and installed it for me. The navigator works very well. Thanks!!
