Un po' carente invece il personale, scarso numericamente e - almeno per la mia esperienza sia nel materiale elettrico che meccanico - non di grande aiuto per accelerare la ricerca di un articolo e ancor meno per consigli.
Good assortment of many DIY items in various fields. On the other hand, the staff is a bit lacking, numerically scarce and - at least for my experience in both electrical and mechanical equipment - not very helpful in speeding up the search for an article and even less for advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato un flessibile della Stanley domenica mattina usato oggi pomeriggio al primo taglio non funziona più... Provvederò subito domani alla sostituzione.. sperando che prendendo un altro funzioni bene... Aggiorno sostituito e questo sembra funzionare lascio 1 stella in quanto non mi hanno rilasciato lo scontrino valido per la garanzia in quanto su quello che avevo io del primo acquisto mi è stato cancellato con la penna dalla cassiera l'articolo, ho notato tutto ciò 2 giorni dopo e mi sembrava inutile tornare per discutere.
PS: per ora l'articolo funziona bene.
Bought a Stanley hose Sunday morning used this afternoon the first cut does not work anymore ... I will replace it immediately tomorrow .. hoping that by taking another one it works well ... I update replaced and this seems to work I leave 1 star as I have not issued the valid receipt for the guarantee as the item I had from the first purchase was canceled with the pen by the cashier, I noticed everything 2 days later and it seemed useless to return to discuss.
PS: for now the article works fine.

Ci vado solamente perché è comodo parcheggiare col furgone.
Se ti sai arrangiare e sai già quello che cerchi, giri da solo e lo prendi all'interno del negozio.
Se hai bisogno di assistenza la chiedi alla reception ma aspetti inutilmente perché non arriva nessuno.
Forza lavoro quasi inesistente anche nelle ore di punta
Young and untrained employees, they don't know how to advise you and give you the right information in any department.
I only go there because it is convenient to park with the van.
If you know how to get by and you already know what you are looking for, go around by yourself and take it inside the shop.
If you need assistance you ask at the reception but you wait in vain because no one arrives.
