★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho girato una cinquantina di lavasecco negli ultimi anni a Bologna, ma non mi sono mai trovato così bene come in questo che pur essendo più lontano di altri lavasecco andarci è un piacere, non solo per i prezzi ottimi di Dagnini in generale, ma specialmente per l'ottimo servizio,solarità e simpatia della ragazza che ci lavora.
I have shot around fifty dry cleaners in the last few years in Bologna, but I have never felt so good as in this one that although being farther than other dry cleaners, going there is a pleasure, not only for Dagnini's excellent prices in general, but especially for the excellent service, radiance and friendliness of the girl who works there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non stato utile , lavasecco xk su Google se compare che lavasecco e aperto ma dopo 15 minuti ho raggiunto il luogo, ed era chiuso. Fisicamente avevano ataccato la cartella vicino la porta che siamo chiusi per le ferie.ma teoricamente su Google no.
Not useful, I washes xk on Google if it appears to be dry-cleaning and open but after 15 minutes I reached the place, and it was closed. Physically they had attached the folder near the door that we are closed for vacation. But theoretically on Google no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La settimana scorsa ho lasciato due cappotti da smacchiare, chiedendo che i bottoni fossero tolti e ricuciti dalla loro sarta perchè temevo si rovinassero.
I cappotti sono puliti, ma oggi appena ho provato a mettere il cappotto ho notato che i bottoni sono stati cuciti malissimo, con poco filo (per risparmiare?) e due mi sono rimasti in mano! Badate bene che il costo della sartoria non è irrisorio, un euro a bottone! A saperlo li avrei cuciti io a mano, sicuramente avrei fatto un lavoro migliore!
Last week I left two coats to be cleaned, asking for the buttons to be removed and stitched up by their seamstress because I feared they would be ruined.
The coats are clean, but today as soon as I tried to put the coat on I noticed that the buttons were badly sewn, with little thread (to save money?) And two remained in my hand! Take care that the cost of tailoring is not insignificant, one euro per button! To know it I would have sewn them by hand, I would certainly have done a better job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapporto qualità/prezzo accattivante, ma spesso non smacchiano o puliscono dei capi per timore di rovinarli o fanno firmare delle liberatorie. Discutibile, visto che il lavasecco si usa per i capi delicati talvolta con macchie difficili.
Consigliato piuttosto per il servizio di pulizia e stiratura camicie.
Attractive quality / price ratio, but often they do not stain or clean garments for fear of damaging them or have releases signed. Questionable, given that dry cleaning is used for delicate garments sometimes with difficult stains.
Rather recommended for cleaning and ironing of shirts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi convenienti e le persone che ci lavorano sono sempre gentilissime, ma ce n'è sempre solo 1. Il sabato la fila è sempre eterna, gli orari sono scomodi e i tempi per lavare una camicia superano la settimana (oltre al fatto che mi hanno perso una camicia per un problema tecnico)
