F	Federico zanetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al negozio del Centro Nova mi hanno rotto un piumino e dicono che è colpa mia che gliel'ho portato rotto.. casualmente quando ero andato a ritirarlo (ammetto, diversi mesi dopo..) si erano dimenticati di restituirmelo... Quando grazie all'insistenza di mia moglie siamo andati sabato 15 dicembre e siamo riusciti a farcelo restituire c'era uno strappo dietro,in basso e tutto il piumino era uscito. Ovviamente negano che siano stati loro, dicendo che lo strappo c'era già e che c'era una toppa adesiva che era saltata via. A sostegno della loro tesi riportano il fatto che c'era già una toppa sulla manica sinistra. Ma quella sono io il primo ad ammettere che ci fosse, ma se c'era anche già lo strappo sotto com'è che loro all'accettazione non se ne sono accorti? E se ci fosse stata la toppa anche dietro perché in fondo si sarebbe secondo loro staccata ed invece sulla manica é rimasta perfettamente intatta? Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di portare i vestiti a pulire da loro perché non riconoscono che loro mi hanno danneggiato ulteriormente il mio piumino. Questa è la mia opinione, grazie dell'attenzione. At the Centro Nova shop they broke a duvet and they say it's my fault that I brought it to them broken .. by chance when I went to collect it (I admit, several months later ..) they forgot to return it to me ... When thanks to the 'insistence of my wife we went on Saturday 15 December and we were able to get it back there was a tear behind, at the bottom and all the duvet was out. Obviously they deny it was them, saying that the tear was already there and that there was an adhesive patch that had blown off. In support of their thesis they report the fact that there was already a patch on the left sleeve. But that is me the first to admit that there was, but if there was already the tear underneath how is it that they did not notice it upon acceptance? And if there was a patch on the back as well, why would it have come off in their opinion and instead on the sleeve it remained perfectly intact? I strongly advise against taking my clothes to clean from them because they do not recognize that they have damaged my duvet further. This is my opinion, thanks for your attention.

La commessa di via Dagnini mi ha trattato con arroganza e scortesia, nonostante le avessi chiesto banali domande sul trattamento di un capo in seta. I strongly advise against this activity.
