C	C A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è veramente bello ed elegante. I dolci sono ottimi ed io sono una cliente abituale. Le stelle che meriterebbe sono certamente di più. Invece ne ho date 2 per attirare l'attenzione di qualche responsabile. Qualche ragazza che serve al bar dovrebbe essere istruita e dovrebbe avere maggiore attenzione e buon senso. Se un cliente ti ordina tre caffè e ti chiede una tazzina da caffè di schiuma di latte credo abbia motivo per rimanerci male se oltre ai caffè ti fai pagare un euro per la tazzina di schiuma di latte. Può essere che io mi sbagli, certo è che ovunque sono andata nessuno ha preteso un solo centesimo. The place is really beautiful and elegant. The desserts are great and I am a regular customer. Sapori antichi, si respira la tradizione della "nonna Vincenza"... Anche la forma dei dolci non così perfetta, la presentazione non così ricercata, ricorda molto i dolci fatti in casa, si bada alla sostanza, al sapore. Oggi ho preso un cannolo grande ricotta e granella di pistacchi da un lato, granella di mandorle dall'altro. Cialda croccante, una delle migliori che abbia mai assaggiato, crema di ricotta ottima. Buona la caffetteria, non mi ha mai deluso, caffè stretto, forte e denso. Servizio rapido, ragazze operative. Arredamento in parte classico con mobili fine Ottocento, bello il pianoforte bianco all'ingresso. Ideale per una colazione o un caffè/té con torta nel pomeriggio. Non metto 5 stelle soltanto perché potrebbero accogliere il cliente alla porta e farlo accomodare o quantomeno servire ai tavoli anziché fornire il vassoio ma per il resto rappresenta una buona offerta in tema di pasticceria e colazione a Bologna. Il bancone dei dolci era decisamente sporco e disordinato. Chiediamo una cioccolata calda....finita alle 17?!?!! ? Ripiego su un Deca e una cassata dall'aspetto così così. Il mio compagno va con un The e 3 cannoli farciti con creme diverse. La mia cassata era praticamente un pezzo di zucchero. I cannoli idem solo zucchero. Non si sente la ricotta e nessun altro sapore della meravigliosa pasticceria siciliana. Il locale è sporco e confuso. I ragazzi al bacone almeno gentili. Deludente, più che pasticceria artigianale a me sembra una classica catena con prodotti semi industriali esageramente carichi di zucchero. A very cold Saturday afternoon with the snow falling. I fall back on a Deca and a so-looking cassata. My partner goes with a tea and 3 cannoli stuffed with different creams. My cassata was practically a piece of sugar. The cannoli ditto only sugar. You don't feel the ricotta and any other flavor of the wonderful Sicilian pastry. The place is dirty and confused. The boys at least bacon kind. Disappointing, more than a homemade pastry it seems to me a classic chain with semi-industrial products exaggeratedly loaded with sugar.

I went back 2 days ago... It's still close... I will recommend that if you advertised your place in Google maps , as a courtesy to your costumers , you could at least update your closing status
