Io mi sono sempre trovato bene e lo consiglio, non é la solita tintoria e sartoria economica da centro commerciale é un'altra cosa. Ho conosciuto Mara personalmente ed é una persona squisita. Dopo una settimana dalla sostituzione della cerniera di un giubbotto, notevolmente costoso, si è scucito. Assurdo. Ignorante in materia gli ho risposto tranquillamente di seguire ciò che dice l'etichetta, peccato che la prima camicia lavaggio ok, la seconda si è ristretta perché al posto di lavarla a secco come indicato dall'etichetta è stata messa in lavatrice e si é ristretta. .. Da buttare quindi. In un lavasecco quando porto dell'abbigliamento o altro materiale dovranno saperlo loro come lavarli non io. Grazie . Alla risposta del proprietario che non gli risulta se vuole le porto la camicia ristretta dato che l ho ritirata oggi. Ma non me la prendo per una camicia, ma per il fatto che mi fate passare a me per lo stupido che non ha detto di lavarla a secco come da Etichetta. Teneteveli pure anche i 2€ del lavaggio che manco mi avete restituito. La qualità dei materiali usati è chiaramente scadente!! E hanno chiesto 30€, quindi nemmeno poco!! NON usate i loro servizi, se non volete rischiare di dover riparare nuovamente i vostri capi!! DELUSIONE!! At the end of December 2021 I took my jacket to change the hinges which, after 3 years of use, was wearing out and not even 2 months later, the zipper they used is unusable !! The quality of the materials used is clearly poor !! And they asked for € 30, so not even a little !! DO NOT use their services if you don't want to risk having to repair your clothes again !!
