★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comperato in negozio un cappotto in lana e cashmere, classico. Per scrupolo ho deciso di lavarlo a secco. Arrivata a casa ho scoperto che ho un cappotto di seconda mano: pieno di pelli umani di tutti colori e fili di cottone bianchi, su tutto il tessuto e sulla fodera interna, in più uno strato di peluria bianca che ho cercato di pulire ma era cosi tanta che nella pulizia faceva dei grumi, come nelle foto. Non ne parliamo della stiratura, fuori delle cuciture completamente. Ho chiamato la lavanderia e si sono offerti di rifarmelo ma mi sono rifiutata, per paura di rovinarlo completamente. Tempo e soldi buttati al aria. Per non parlare della pulizia. Ho portato un capo nuovo e lo ripreso sporco, tutto per 4.50 euro. Sconsigliatissimo.
I bought a classic wool and cashmere coat in the store. For the sake of scruple, I decided to dry clean it. When I got home I discovered that I have a second-hand coat: full of human skins of all colors and white cotton threads, all over the fabric and on the inner lining, plus a layer of white fluff that I tried to clean but it was like that so much so that in cleaning it made lumps, as in the photos. We don't talk about ironing, out of the seams completely. I called the laundry and they offered to do it again but I refused, for fear of ruining it completely. Time and money thrown away. Not to mention the cleanliness. I brought a new garment and took it back dirty, all for 4.50 euros. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to take my shirts for ironing only, but I had to stop as they were always wrinkly and even after asking everytime to use starch they never did and after wearing on my drive to work it seemed like I had been wearing the shirt the entire day. Very quick service but for a reason.
