Quando un capo ha una macchia critica, hanno la pessima abitudine di provare a smacchiarlo, se la macchia non viene la stirano allegramente in modo da renderla indelebile. Pur di non buttare i capi li ho lavati io a mano e sono riuscita dove loro hanno fallito. Dov' é la professionalità ? Mai affidare loro capi costosi e pregiati. Pantaloni scuri che meritavano lavaggio a secco lavati in lavatrice sbiaditi e decolorati, pieghe dei pantaloni rimosse durante lo stiro, e ogni volta discussioni. Sconsiglio. Mi hanno solo avvisata che si poteva restringere e me ne sono assunta le responsabilità. Al ritiro del prodotto l'ho ritrovato non ristretto ma ben si rovinato cioè tutti i quadrati del coprimaterasso erano sotto sopra con l'impossibilità di ripristinarli. In prodotto che meritava un lavaggio a secco e stato messo in lavatrice.Non hanno chiesto neanche scusa asserendo di non averne colpa. Ho riscontrato poca professionalità, rapporto con il cliente sgarbato e maleducati.Sconsiliato vivamente ! I went to this laundry room to have a Memory mattress cover washed. R	Rossella Gallerati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sono molto rammaricata nel dover fare questa recensione ma ahimè portato due piumoni nemmeno pagati poco....sembra non siano stati lavati ..ora non pretendo che escano super profumati ma un minimo di profumo ....inoltre solitamente le loro etichette le attaccano su un etichetta del piumone ....no mi sono trovata piccoli forellini sul piomone ....non esiste onestamente...inoltre mi era stato detto che erano pronti dal G 2i dicembre sono passata 2 giorni dopo ovvero 30 dicembre invece non erano pronti Neancge il 30 a detta loro erano già pronti il giorno dopo ....sono passata dopo un altra settimana e questo è il risultato. Alla fine della scorsa stagione fredda ho portato un maglione assolutamente pulito con l'unico intento di dare una lavata prima di riporlo in attesa dell'inverno successivo. Quest'anno ai primi freddi lo tiro fuori dall'imballaggio e noto una grossa macchia gialla, macchia che dopo un lavaggio (ovviamente in un'altra tintoria) risulta indelebile. Allora mi reco da Lava e Cuce per chiedere spiegazioni dove ovviamente negano ogni responsabilità e oltretutto si rifiutano di provare a rimediare tramite lavaggio gratuito. Sono loro cliente da anni e diverse volte avevo ritirato capi che non erano riusciti a smacchiare, comunque accettavo la possibilità che si trattasse di macchie "ostiche"... ma addirittura ritrovarmi un maglione (peraltro 100%cachemere) permanentemente padellato è davvero inaccettabile. Forse avrei dovuto insospettirmi già in un altro episodio quando portando una giacca in pelle che aveva l'unico difetto di aver preso l'odore di fritto mi era stato detto che la pelle era vecchia e andava assolutamente trattata nel loro laboratorio al prezzo di 40/50€ perche senno si sarebbe strappata... peccato che la giacca avesse 2 mesi di vita (ovviamente mi rifiutai). Perdo tempo a scrivere questa recensione nella speranza di scoraggiarvi nel servirvi di Lava e Cuce, piuttosto cercate altri imprenditori che mettano etica professionalità e cura del dettaglio nella loro attività... POI NON DITE CHE NON VE L'AVEVO DETTO... date un'occhio anche alle altre recensioni se non vi fidate. At the end of last cold season I brought an absolutely clean sweater with the sole intention of giving it a wash before putting it away for the following winter. This year, in the first cold weather, I take it out of the packaging and notice a large yellow stain, a stain that is indelible after washing (obviously in another dry cleaner). So I go to Lava e Cuce to ask for explanations where obviously they deny any responsibility and moreover they refuse to try to fix it by free washing. I have been their customer for years and several times I had collected garments that had not been able to remove stains, however I accepted the possibility that they were "difficult" stains ... but even finding myself a sweater (which is 100% cashmere) permanently pan-fried is really unacceptable. Maybe I should have been suspicious already in another episode when wearing a leather jacket that had the only defect of having taken the smell of fried I was told that the leather was old and absolutely had to be treated in their laboratory for the price of 40 / 50 € because hindsight would have torn ... too bad that the jacket was 2 months old (obviously I refused). I waste time writing this review in the hope of discouraging you from using Lava e Cuce, rather look for other entrepreneurs who put ethics, professionalism and attention to detail into their business ... THEN DON'T SAY I DID NOT TELL YOU ... give a also look at the other reviews if you don't trust them.

Ho portato a lavare una tutta da sci in perfette condizioni. Me l'hanno riconsegnata facendo finta di niente. Una volta a casa mi sono resa conto che era completamente ricoperta di macchie, inoltre si era sgonfiata. Sono tornata alla lavandera per mostrare il danno e mi hanno risposto che la giacca era sicuramente difettata. Mi hanno detto che avrebbero verificato per poi richiamarmi. Non ho ricevuto nessuna telefonata e una volta tornata alla lavanderia mi hanno detto che non potevano rispondere del danno perchè il lavaggio era statao effettutato correttamente. Nessun tipo di rimborso, quindi e una giacca da sci da buttare. I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this laundry! bad service and destroyed garments!
