Il problema sono i furti e la mancanza totale di controllo e pulizia. Le scale sono indecenti, piene di sporcizia e sigarette (colpa in primis di chi le butta), trovo assurdo che non ci sia un servizio di pulizia, ma soprattutto è sconcertante che non ci sia alcun controllo. I furti sono incontrollati, a mio padre hanno rubato di tutto, anche tutti i fiori, ninnoli, ampolle di acqua santa, si sono attaccati a tutto. È vergognoso che in un luogo sacro di riposo eterno si permettano comportamenti simili... Prima di entrare, vasta area parcheggio riservata all'acquisto di piante e fiori. Poi unico ingresso. Si entra dal lato destro, dove ci sono i servizi amministrativi e si esce dal lato sinistro attiguo all'ingresso. Si accede direttamente con auto private fino ai punti di interesse dove ci sono i parcheggi. Il sabato e la domenica c'è un servizio di mezzi pubblici che da varie zone di Roma fa capolinea all'interno dell'area cimiteriale. Non ci sono barriere architettoniche. Accessibile a tutti. Per i piccoli sfortunati sopra le 20 settimane che muoiono in seguito a interruzioni di gravidanza terapeutiche se ne occupa l ospedale su esplicita richiesta della mamma. Sotto le 20 settimane se si vuole dare una sepoltura bisogna dare in mano le pratiche alle pompe funebri. Attenzione 340 euro le prende il comune x pratiche e una lapide con iscrizione gratuita. il personale ed il responsabili sono corretti rispettosi e disponibili. Una vera vergogna visto che se non si paga la luce perpetua si è ritenuto morosi, ma iloto possono lasciare un settore al buio ....tutto normale!! Vergognatevi non avete rispetto per i defunti! Fontanelle non funzionanti, personale inesistente, solo un addetto a caso dell'Ama, in attesa di finire il turno. Credo sia ora che la dirigente, che si trascina stanca, in attesa della pensione, alla fine ci vada davvero, in pensione, ma il prima possibile e le auguro che presto sia ospite del luogo che amministra con tanta incuria e superficialità, in sfregio ad una comunità di persone che devono recarsi a trovare i propri cari e che si trovano davanti questo spettacolo indegno di un paese civile.
