★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should have been a sign that there was nobody here. I was able to get my clothes washed, but when it came time to dry, the machines ate my money. The timers were counting down but the dryer drums did not rotate and no heat came out. A total scam. Stole 7 Euro and no way to get it back. Avoid!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It automatically spitted out two tokens after putting into a 10 euro bill, but I only needed one. And the detergent did not drop and probably got stuck somewhere. Be careful, fellow customers.

You have to use tokens. You don't get change so you have to use exact change in the token machine. 3.50 a wash and 3.50 a dry. If you pit in a 5 euro you get a token and 50 centissimi .
Machines are clean and a long dry cycle for a single token.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just here to wash my laundry. I'm traveling and needed to take care of some laundry. I do not speak Italian but the signage has English as well. It was very easy to use the equipment. It cost 3.50 euros per token and one token each for the washer and dryer. The shop and equipment are very clean and in great condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very nice for travelers who need to do a quick load of laundry. Washers take about 30 minutes and dryers take about 25 minutes. So you're in and out in an hour.
The washers and dryers require tokens, and there are two token dispensers. Each token costs 4€. The standard washer and dryer take 1 token each. The big washer takes 2 tokens. The token dispenser can take bills AND coins. I was able to do one load of laundry (wash&dry) for 2 tokens, which was 8€. If you need detergent, it's available for 1€ per package.
I was nervous because the load didn't get extra soapy during the wash. I was afraid that 1 bag of detergent was not enough. It was actually perfect! My clothes came out very clean. I highly recommend this place. It could definitely be a little cheaper, but it's not too bad.
