li abbiamo contattati in mattinata,
visto che si era rotta la lavatrice, e sono venuti nel giro di nemmeno due ore, hanno immediatamente riconosciuto il problema (purtroppo la nostra lavatrice aveva già diversi anni quindi la soluzione migliore visti i costi di riparazione e dell'intero blocco era la sostituzione con una nuova)
E alle 18:00 della stessa giornata sono tornati con una nuova lavatrice, ritirando anche la nostra vecchia lavatrice...

Really impeccable service,
We contacted them in the morning,
because the washing machine had broken, and they came within less than two hours, they immediately recognized the problem (unfortunately our washing machine had several years so the best solution given the costs of repair and the entire block was replaced with a new)
And at 6:00 pm on the same day, they came back with a new washing machine, also withdrawing our old washing machine ...
