Mi sono rivolto alla RML che ha provveduto in una sola giornata a sostituire tutto il manico che si era rotto in una caduta. Quello che mi ha impressionato (a fronte di tante analoghe esperienze trascorse in quel di Roma) non è stata solo la tempestività ma anche l'onestà. Mi hanno restituito tutti i pezzi sostitiiti (...e i cocci sono suoi) a dimostrazione della effettività dell'intervento. Anche il costo, paragonato a quanto spendevo a Roma, mi risulta assolutamente onesto. Bravi e Congratulazioni. La recensione a cinque stelle è proprio meritata. I signori della assistenza me lo hanno riconsegnato dopo 4 mesi senza sistemare il danno. Li chiamano"tecnici". Ebbene me lo sono tenuto così ,ma ho capito dopo io quale era il problema?ho risolto io. Grazie!!
