Dormo da oltre 1 mese senza finestre e ancora non sanno quando le consegneranno! Rivolgetevi ad altri professionisti che rispettano i tempi di consegna e non sbagliano, come hanno fatto, gli ordini!!! Mai successo di trovare una tale incompetenza e assoluta mancanza di attenzione e rispetto per il cliente!!! MISS IT !!! OVER A MONTH DELAY AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN THE WINDOWS WILL BE DELIVERED !!!!! I have been sleeping for over 1 month without windows and still don't know when they will deliver them! Contact other professionals who respect delivery times and do not make mistakes, as they did, with orders !!! Never happened to find such incompetence and absolute lack of attention and respect for the customer !!!

Totale mancanza di serietà, puntualità e dopo 1 mese di ritardo in cui sono stata costretta a dormire con dei nylon attaccati al muro il giorno prima della agognata consegna mi sono sentita dire “ci dispiace abbiamo sbagliato il colore” e non mi hanno dato neppure una data certa sulla consegna delle finestra corrette. Dopo un mese di caldo, rumori e pericolo di ladri questa è stata la sola risposta dell’azienda! Fate molta attenzione ad affidarvi a queste persone che non meritano di lavorare! Ma il mio sfogo non finirà qui andrò nelle opportune sedi a fare giustizia e racconterò a tutta Italia come lavorano questi signori! THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!!!! Total lack of seriousness, punctuality and after 1 month of delay in which I was forced to sleep with nylons attached to the wall the day before the longed-for delivery, I was told "we're sorry we got the color wrong" and they didn't even give me one certain date on the delivery of the correct window. After a month of heat, noise and the danger of thieves, this was the company's only response! Be very careful to rely on these people who do not deserve to work! But my outburst will not end here I will go to the appropriate offices to do justice and tell all of Italy how these gentlemen work!
L	Lucia Coppari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi!!! A febbraio ordino 6 finestre, pagamento al momento dell'ordine, consegna prevista da contratto ad aprile. Arrivano invece a luglio 5 finestre anziché 6 perché hanno sbagliato l'ordine e una finestra ha il vetro rotto. A fine settembre ancora nessuna notizia della finestra mancante e del vetro da sostituire, chiamo in azienda per chiedere informazioni e mi viene risposto che i clienti non devono chiamare in azienda...pure!!! Ad ottobre arriva la sesta finestra col solo profilo senza vetro, che arriva la settimana dopo, mentre sto ancora aspettando che arrivi il vetro da sostituire a quello rotto!! Mai più Bad !!! In February I order 6 windows, payment at the time of the order, delivery scheduled by contract in April. Instead, 5 windows arrive in July instead of 6 because they got the order wrong and one window has broken glass. At the end of September, still no news of the missing window and the glass to be replaced, I call the company to ask for information and I am told that customers should not call the company ... well !!! In October comes the sixth window with only the profile without glass, which arrives the week after, while I'm still waiting for the glass to replace the broken one !! Never again

I primi di aprile ho ordinato tutte le finestre di casa, in totale 5,con promessa che entro fine maggio sarebbero arrivate e montate.i primi di giugno arrivano ma una finestra viene rotta nel trasporto (così dicono).mi assicurano comunque che entro un paio di settimane sarebbe arrivata. Morale della favola che dopo 3 mesi e mezzo sono ancora in attesa della finestra fra l'altro già pagata!!! Dopo svariate telefonate ,in 3 mesi non si sono mai degnati di chiamarmi, mi dicono che forse la prossima settimana arriva. Inoltre la finestra più grande non sta aperta e il rivenditore dice che è colpa della finestra troppo grande (mai sentito dire) Fatto sta che sono amareggiato dopo aver speso un sacco di soldi. Giudizio stranegativo, sconsiglio vivamente. Really bad service.
