★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessante showroom di articoli sanitari, con pezzi molto belli. Tuttavia non si può fare a meno di notare una sorta di «disordine»: più che esposti alcuni pezzi sembrano appoggiati. Molto meglio organizzata, a mio parere, la sezione di prodotti per idraulici.
Interesting sanitary ware showroom, with very beautiful pieces. However, one cannot help but notice a sort of "disorder": rather than exhibited, some pieces seem to be supported. Much better organized, in my opinion, the section of products for plumbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li conosco da tempo e sapevo di persone che si erano trovate bene, ma io non ci metterò mai più piede e anzi racconterò la mia esperienza a più gente possibile. Ho ordinato 2 bagni e su uno nessun problema, ma sul secondo una vera tragedia! Sbagliato il termoarredo, l’ho rimandato indietro. Ma la cosa peggiore è stata il lavandino. Scelto da catalogo credo che la signora che mi ha seguito ha ordinato il top da un’azienda e i cassetti da un’altra. Risultato il mobile non si assemblava, lei ha insistito con l’idraulico di montarlo lo stesso e mi ha fatto uno sconto del 50%, ma comunque pagato caro... Ma la cosa più grave è che il mobile dopo qualche mese ha iniziato ad aprirsi e la signora mi ha detto che è “perchè si è bagnato!” Cioè, un mobile del bagno si è bagnato??? Direi probabile!! Comunque ho mandato mail, foto, telefonato, protestato, ma niente di niente, i soldi li hanno presi e io mi tengo un mobile che si rovina ogni giorno di più. Qualità pessima su tutto!!

I ordered 2 bathrooms and on one no problem, but on the second a real tragedy! Wrong radiator, I sent it back. But the worst was the sink. Chosen from the catalog, I believe that the lady who followed me ordered the top from one company and the drawers from another. As a result, the furniture was not assembled, she insisted with the plumber to assemble it anyway and gave me a discount of 50%, but still paid dearly ... But the worst thing is that after a few months the furniture started to open up and the lady told me it's "because it got wet!" I mean, a bathroom cabinet got wet ??? I would say probable !! However, I sent emails, photos, phoned, protested, but nothing at all, they took the money and I keep a piece of furniture that gets damaged every day. Bad quality on everything !!

Ho preso due bagni e su uno avevo scelto tre tipologie di piastrelle ma al momento del montaggio ce n erano solamente due!!! Ho chiamato e la loro risposta è stata ma a noi ce ne risultano tre tipi consegnati .... ma io fisicamente né avevo soltanto due!!!! Così per nn dover rimandare la ditta che mi seguiva i lavori ho dovuto montare solo due tipi di piastrelle!!!
Il secondo bagno mansardato con tanto di consegna di piantina con relative misure fatte dal geometra, vanno a montarlo ed il vetro della doccia nn era corretto!!!!due metri di altezza invece di uno e ottanta con la risposta ..... lo riprendiamo solo in conto vendita!!!!! In conto vendita????? E se nn lo rivendete io con un vetro così che ci faccio???????
Io per carità avrò sbagliato a nn controllare bene il preventivo ma sentirmi dire che lo riprendono solo in conto vendita mi è sembrato a dir poco vergognoso!!!!
Mi aspettavo delle scuse e una risposta diversa!!!
Tutti possono sbagliare per carità ma alla fine credo che la differenza tra Un azienda ed Un altra nn la faccia solo il rapporto qualità prezzo ma anche la professionalità.

I called and their response was but to us there are three types delivered .... but I neither physically nor had only two !!!! The second attic bathroom with a lot of delivery of the map with relative measurements made by the surveyor, they go to mount it and the glass of the shower was not correct !!!! two meters high instead of one and eighty with the answer ..... lo we take back only on consignment !!!!! On consignment ????? And if you don't resell it with a glass so what can I do ???????
For heaven's sake I will have been wrong to nn check the quote well but being told that they only take it back on consignment it seemed to me to say the least shameful !!
I was expecting an apology and a different answer !!!
Everyone can make a mistake, but in the end I believe that the difference between one company and another is not only the value for money but also professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso che il problema principale sia il Personale scortese e svogliato
, che sembra ti stia facendo un favore, che ti fa tornare un sacco di volte per un ordine perche’ lo sbagliano o ti danno dei tempi di consegna errari e nonostante i loro errori non sostituiscono i prodotti (nl mio caso piastrelle) inoltre poca scelta rispetto ai concorrenti e prezzi decisamente piu’ alti (senza considerare che a vice ti dicono un prezzo e nel preventivo ne scrivono uno piu’ alto).
nonostante sia dovuta andare li varie volte e scrivere varie email alla fine mi sono trovata a dover cambiare completamente il progetto all’ ultimo minuto. Mi hanno risposto che non e’ un caso ma succede spesso....ottima giustificazione!
I think the main problem is the rude and listless staff
, which seems to be doing you a favor, which makes you come back a lot of times for an order because they are wrong or they give you wrong delivery times and despite their errors they do not replace the products (in my case tiles) also little choice compared to competitors and decidedly higher prices (without considering that to vice they tell you a price and in the estimate they write a higher one).
although I had to go there several times and write several emails in the end I found myself having to completely change the project at the last minute. They replied that it is no coincidence but it often happens .... excellent justification!
