Mentre cioccolatini fondenti alla cannella e cioccolatini fondenti allo zenzero semplicemente sublime, il ripieno all'interno non molto dolce, tenero e delicato. È una fabbrica giovane, nata nel 2016, ma davvero congratulazioni e in bocca al lupo per il vostro prossimo sviluppo. Abbiamo assaggiato il migliore cioccolato francese, belgo, svizzero, ma devo dire che questo merita pienamente 5 stelle. Sicuramente verremo a trovarvi a Perugia. Purchased at the Eataly in Piacenza (the girl who served us was super-jolly) a part of plates of dark chocolate with pistachio and cinnamon, still not tasted. While dark cinnamon chocolates and plain sublime ginger chocolates, the filling inside is not very sweet, tender and delicate. It's a young factory, born in 2016, but really congratulations and good luck for your next development. We tasted the best French, Belgian and Swiss chocolate, but I must say that this fully deserves 5 stars. We will certainly come to visit you in Perugia.

Se nel format di acquisto c'è uno spazio per le note, qualcuno in fabbrica le deve leggere! Se ciò non viene ottemperato, le consegne arrivano quando capita, le sostituzioni di prodotto richieste non vengono fatte, i regali arrivano con la distinta dei prezzi dei pezzi contenuti all'interno...Poi si possono spedire anche dei cremini per scusarsi, ma devono arrivare al destinatario giusto e non al ricevente regalo ma col nome del pagante!!! In tutta questa confusione avrei gradito ricevere risposta scritta alla mia email che riferiva l'accaduto, ma forse bisogna conoscere il significato di Customer Satisfation... Vegano, senza glutine, senza zucchero, etc e zero contaminazione... Un cioccolato assolutamente da provare!! Come esperienza personale, essendo intollerante al glutine e alla proteina del latte, per la prima volta in 5 anni ho trovato del cioccolato vegano che letteralmente si scioglie in bocca seppur fondente, inoltre ci sono tantissimi versioni con nocciole, riso, caramello e tantissimi altri gusti! Il laboratorio, a vista, è iper- tecnologico, organizzato, pulitissimo. I titolari sono una coppia affiatatissima, due persone geniali ed enusiaste. 10 e lode! A fantastic experience! Sia il rappresentante che l' azienda mi assicurano che all'interno del pacco non verrà messa la fattura ma verrà spedita a parte .in seguito.. AHIMÈ COSÌ NON È STATO!!!!!! All'interno del pacco regalo il destinatario ha trovato la fattura con tanto di importo dell' ordine..!!!!!. Consiglio di rivedere il protocollo e di vigilare con più attenzione da chi di dovere....perché grazie a qsto NON usufruirò più del loro servizio... Se volete perdere clienti siete sulla strada giusta ?
