Ho avuto bisogno di riparare un Frigo e dopo averli contattati sono arrivati con estrema velocità per portarselo via (ma veramente avrei voluto avere prima un preventivo dettagliato) e dato che in casa c'era solo mia moglie se lo sono caricati dicendo che era il compressore e che ci sarebbero volute circa 300 € (scontati a € 280) ,il punto è che da altro preventivo mi erano stati chiesti 180 circa ma non ho avuto modo di confrontarlo.Alla riconsegna non ho di nuovo potuto parlare personalmente con voi dato
che non ero presente nuovamente ma ho dovuto comunque pagare € 270 (mia moglie ha dovuto sudare per togliere 10 euro !!) per un valore di riparazione assai inferiore dato dalle prove !! E SI PERCHE' AVETE INCAUTAMENTE LASCIATO ALL'INTERNO DEL FRIGO UN FOGLIETTO CHE RACCONTA TUTTO !! Compressore pagato € 49 + iva con ricarico del 100% al cliente e questo ci può stare,ma da poco più di 100 euro ad arrivare a 280 ce ne vuole...!!

TOO EXPENSIVE !!
I needed to repair a fridge and after contacting them they arrived with extreme speed to take it away (but I really wanted to have a detailed quote first) and since my wife was the only one in the house, they loaded it saying it was the compressor and that it would take about € 300 (discounted to € 280), the point is that from another quote I was asked about 180 but I have not had the opportunity to compare it. On delivery I did not again be able to speak personally with you given
that I was not present again but I still had to pay € 270 (my wife had to sweat to remove 10 euros !!) for a much lower repair value given by the tests !! AND YES BECAUSE YOU HAVE CARVELY LEFT A SHEET INSIDE THE FRIDGE THAT TELLS EVERYTHING !! Compressor paid € 49 + VAT with 100% charge to the customer and this can fit, but from just over € 100 to get to 280 it takes ... !!

Intervengono d urgenza se a pagamento.. In caso di assistenza in garanzia non hanno nemmeno la cortesia di rispondere alle mail della casa madre.
Beko assistance under guarantee, no seriousness, unreliable and unprofessional. I will update the `` competence '' aspect as soon as I have the pleasure of evaluating. They intervene as a matter of urgency if for a fee. In the event of assistance under guarantee, they do not even have the courtesy to reply to the email of the parent company.

La signora dietro al bancone non e' riuscita a staccare la faccia dal telefono per rispondermi.
Sono un centro assistenza Beko, ma non sono stati in grado di aiutarmi in nessun modo, neanche con indicazioni. Alla fine ho fovuto chiamare direttamente Beko per poi prenotare una visita gestita proprio da ATE.
Evitare a tutti i costi.
Inoltre queste persone sono basate in una zona della citta' che sembra una scenografia post-apocalittica in Bulgaria. Un posto veramente terribile.

I am a Beko service center, but they have not been able to help me in any way, not even with directions. In the end I had to call Beko directly and then book a visit managed by ATE.
Avoid at all costs.
Furthermore, these people are based in an area of the city that looks like a post-apocalyptic set in Bulgaria. A truly terrible place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato, ripeto portato io di persona, un forno a cambiare la resistenza e mi hanno staccato 60 euro e il giorno dopo era pronto. vado su internet e vedo che la stessa resistenza costa a me al massimo 15 euro ( loro l'avranno pagata 10). Ragazzi ridimensioniamoci, senza chiamata mi sembra veramente esagerato, non mi vedranno più. P.S. il preventivo non mi è stato fatto, il costo l'ho saputo solo a lavoro fatto.
I brought, I repeat, I personally brought an oven to change the resistance and they detached me for 60 euros and the next day it was ready. I go on the internet and see that the same resistance costs me a maximum of 15 euros (they will have paid 10). Guys let's downsize, without a call it seems to me really exaggerated, they will not see me anymore. P.S. the estimate was not made to me, the cost I only knew when the job was done.
