★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato in assistenza un'impastatrice Kenwood KM288 di soli tre mesi di vita, con un difetto. L'addetto mi propone la sostituzione del pezzo (reggi ciotola) e così lascio la macchina. Dopo due settimane, non avendo avuto notizie, chiamo per conoscere lo stato della riparazione e mi viene detto che il pezzo non è ancora arrivato. Faccio presente che qualsiasi corriere consegna anche in due giorni praticamente ovunque, ma mi rispondono che c'è da aspettare un tempo che non sanno quantificare! Dopo altre due settimane di attesa decido di scrivere direttamente alla Kenwood per sapere se a questo punto ci sono magari altre soluzioni: la sostituzione della macchina per esempio, o altro. La Kenwood mi assicura una risposta veloce. E difatti dopo pochi giorni vengo richiamato e avvisato del fatto che a breve avrei riavuto la macchina. L'assistenza quindi mi ricontatta e vado a prendere la macchina riparata. Mi viene restituita sporca e rigata. Faccio presente la cosa: sorprendentemente, anziché delle scuse, viene messa in dubbio la mia parola e mi viene detto che probabilmente la riga c'era già. Ritiro così la macchina che, dopo un mese abbondante, mi viene ridata in cattive condizioni. Tirando le somme, oltre un MESE per sostituire un banale pezzo, neanche fosse il motore, e il tutto fatto con approssimazione, mancanza di professionalità (mettere in dubbio la parola del cliente! Le basi!) e una patina di occasionale ipocrita cordialità.
I brought a Kenwood KM288 mixer to service, only three months old, with a defect. The attendant suggests me to replace the piece (bowl holder) and so I leave the machine. After two weeks, having had no news, I call to find out the status of the repair and I am told that the piece has not arrived yet. I would like to point out that any courier also delivers almost anywhere in two days, but they reply that there is a time to wait that they cannot quantify! After another two weeks of waiting I decide to write directly to Kenwood to find out if at this point there are perhaps other solutions: the replacement of the machine for example, or other. Kenwood assures me of a quick response. And in fact, after a few days I am called back and warned that I would soon have the car back. The assistance then contacts me and I go to get the repaired car. It is returned dirty and scratched. I point this out: surprisingly, instead of an apology, my word is questioned and I am told that the line was probably already there. So I take back the car which, after an abundant month, is returned to me in poor condition. Summing up, over a MONTH to replace a trivial piece, even if it were the engine, and all done with approximation, lack of professionalism (questioning the customer's word!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rivenditori ricambi di diversi marchi importanti, mi ci sono rivolto parecchie volte per cercare dei ricambi di piccoli elettrodomestici, mi sono sempre sentito rispondere che l'apparecchio era vecchio e i ricambi non li facevano più, anche di piccoli elettrodomestici di 4/5 anni, mi chiedo : commercializzano solo ricambi per apparecchi nuovi ? visto che ogni volta mi consigliavano di acquistarlo nuovo !!!
They are spare parts dealers of various important brands, I have contacted us several times to look for spare parts for small appliances, I have always heard the answer that the appliance was old and they no longer made spare parts, even for small 4/5 year old appliances. I wonder: do they only sell spare parts for new appliances? since every time they advised me to buy it new !!!
