★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E come volete che sia!.un centro specializzato in cui lavora personale molto competente, scrupoloso e professionale. I tempi per le riparazioni sono davvero molto ridotti. La cortesia è di casa nel vero senso della parola. Peccato solo che i prezzi sono molto alti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Periodo corona virus bimby danneggiato, mi reco in questo unico punto di assistenza “autorizzato” la risposta e’ che l’azienda madre e’ chiusa fino al 18 maggio (falso dopo aver chiamato il numero verde mi confermano la piena attivita’), maleducatamente mi dicono che non possono aiutarmi in nessun modo.... Pessimo punto vendita, sgorbutici e prezzi esagerati ricevuti in precedenza sempre per il bimby! Sconsigliato! Cercatene un’altro! Mi meraviglio anche della vorwerk che abbia dato l’assistenza a questi elementi....!

Bad store, goofy and exaggerated prices previously received always for the thermomix! Not recommended! Look for another one!
