Finestre fantastiche ma montate malissimo,i titolari non rispondono al telefono e quando li abbiamo rintracciati,era come fosse tutto normale. Inizialmente ammettono l errore (hanno dovuto riposizionare tutti i fermi) poi pretendono il pagamento della finestra (meglio non avere a che fare col ragioniere, presuntuoso e saccente e col collega estremamente maleducato). Mi è stato praticato l'esagerato prezzo di euro 3029,40 pagato con anticipo di euro 1000,00 e saldo del 21.11.13 La persiana mi è stata consegnata con difetti di verniciatura, eliminati in modo sollecito. Successivamente, dopo alcuni mesi, ho notato che i cardini della finestra si stavano arrugginendo. Ho chiesto alla società di intervenire a loro comodo; non rispondonmo al cellulare ed infruttosi tentativi al fisso. Il difetto è peggiorato ulteriormente. Notati anche difetti nell'accoppiamento di un'anta e staccata una guarnizione. Inviate immagini. Tutto tace. Dispiaciuta perché precedenti lavori effettuati in due altre case non aveveno dato problemi di alcun genere. In 2013 I ordered a window with a metal shutter. Later, after a few months, I noticed that the window hinges were rusting. I asked the company to intervene at their convenience; we do not answer the cell phone and unsuccessful attempts to landline. The defect got even worse. Also noticed defects in the coupling of a door and a gasket detached. Send pictures. Everything's quiet. Sorry because previous works carried out in two other houses had not given problems of any kind.

Infissi in alluminio molto belli, bianco opaco indoor e marroni eff. legno outdoor (perchè ero vincolato dal condominio!).. prodotti in una mesata. 7 infissi (di cui 2 porte finestre) montati in 5 ore!!! la casa è già abitata, ma non hanno sporcato chissà quanto, la sera era già tutto pulito. Consigliato!! I bought aluminum frames at an affordable price since there was the possibility to take advantage of the 50% eco bonus! Very satisfied !!!! Very beautiful aluminum fixtures, matt white indoor and brown eff. outdoor wood (because I was bound by the condominium!) .. produced in one month. 7 windows (including 2 French windows) assembled in 5 hours !!! the house is already inhabited, but they didn't dirty who knows how much, in the evening everything was already clean. Recommended!!
