Recensisco prima di aver ricevuto gli occhiali ( li ho appena ordinati ) perchè l'aiuto ( in questo caso di Valeria ) mi ha fatto optare per una scelta diversa da quella che pensavo ma in effetti è quella di cui ho bisogno ( occhiali per leggere ... per i vecchietti insomma :) I was pleasantly surprised by this glasses shop. I found professionalism and true advice (and not just to make money). I review before having received the glasses (I just ordered them) because the help (in this case of Valeria) made me opt for a different choice from what I thought but in fact it is the one I need (glasses to read. .. for the old men short :)

For the prices it deserves 5 stars but rude and unprepared service, seemed to be doing me a favor, rayban delivered to me with dirty lenses and slow temples.
V	Valentina Visconte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo posto qualche giorno fa per acquistare un paio di occhiali da sole, per il negozio nulla da dire, molta scelta e prezzi bassi ma per quanto riguarda il personale invece sono rimasta molto insoddisfatta, erano in due, con un'aria scocciata incredibile, ho chiesto ad una di loro se un modello che mi piaceva ci fosse di un altro colore e la risposta è stata secca e negativa, mentre invece il colore che cercavo era esposto in vetrina. Me Lo sono fatto prendere e c erano delle righette quindi ho chiesto Gentilmente se poteva controllare con la pezzetta se erano graffi o solo sporchi, mi ha guardata male senza nemmeno rispondermi, fortunatamente erano solo da pulire e li ho acquistati. Volevo acquistarne un altro paio ma penso che andrò in un altro negozio lama optical perché essere servita in questo modo non mi è piaciuto per niente. La Sig.na SARA (preziosa la sua competenza) ha subito capito di cosa avevamo bisogno e ci ha seguito in un modo al dir poco squisito nella scelta e nelle successive fasi conclusive, a lei va il mio plauso e l'ncondizionato apprezzamento di mia figlia, entusiasta di ricevere i suoi nuovi occhiali, tra l'altro consegnati prima dei tempi previsti. Consiglio vivamente questo negozio il loro saper fare bene è sinonimo di qualità. Consigliatissimo. M	Massimo Maiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una prima buona esperienza con il primo acquisto di occhiale da vista, ottimi e cortesi anche nella regolazione degli occhiali sia qui che a Roma Est. Per il secondo paio di occhiali Office invece non ho ricevuto lo stesso trattamento cortese e sono stato trattato in modo sufficiente come se per le misurazioni inserite dall'oculista non servisse un ulteriore controllo prima dell'ordine e mi è stato detto che in caso fossero sbagliate le lenti dovevo assumermi la responsabilità io della scelta. Diciamo che non ho capito assolutamente il motivo della polemica dovendo comprare un ulteriore occhiale, l'asse che per la commessa era mancante in un altra ottica lo hanno capito immediatamente. Credo che per polemizzare con quello che scrivono sulle ricette gli oculisti non si debba utilizzare il cliente. Comunque nell'altro negozio di ottica tutto questo non è accaduto ed ho fatto prove, misurazioni, controllo visivo e acquistato il secondo occhiale. Rimane il mio giudizio positivo da ex cliente, nonostante questo episodio. However, in the other optics shop all this did not happen and I did tests, measurements, visual checks and bought the second pair of glasses. My positive opinion as a former client remains, despite this episode.
