Compro una montatura nuova e la mandano dal tecnico per montarla sulle mie lenti, dopo qualche giorno mi chiamano dicendomi che una lente si è rotta e che avrebbero pensato a sostituirla. Mi consegnano questi occhiali con un paio di lenti di scarsa fattura che sono anche il doppio di spessore rispetto alle mie lenti. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e rispondono che era il massimo che si potesse fare. Ho chiesto le mie lenti in cambio ma non le avevano più.
Un incubo. Mi ritrovo dopo due mesi a dover comprare anche le lenti, perché si sono rotte, le mie erano durate 5 anni, in mani loro sono durate un giorno. Da evitare.
I came to this shop to change my broken eyeglass frame.
I buy a new frame and they send it to the technician to mount it on my lenses, after a few days they call me telling me that a lens is broken and that they would think about replacing it. They deliver these glasses to me with a poorly made pair of lenses that are also twice as thick as my lenses. I asked for an explanation and they said it was the best that could be done. I asked for my lenses in exchange but they no longer had them.
A nightmare. After two months I find myself having to buy the lenses too, because they broke, mine had lasted 5 years, in their hands they lasted a day. To be avoided.
