★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che sono un malato oncologico ed ho fatto presente che mi servivano i risultati urgentemente, al sesto giorno di attesa ho chiamato e mi hanno detto che erano già pronte ma c era un sospeso da pagare accusandomi di non aver mandato la prescrizione medica (cosa non vera perché l avevo mandata molto tempo prima ma non l avevano vista) ..... Non sapevano esattamente l importo e aspettavano che qualcuno passasse da loro per il saldo.
In pratica hanno tenuto ferme le mie analisi per non aver visto la ricetta inviata giorni prima...... Personale scortese e maleducato. Mai più, non andate.
Per la cronaca ho fatto un bonifico di 10€......il resto è mancia
Given that I am an oncological patient and I pointed out that I needed the results urgently, on the sixth day of waiting I called and they told me they were ready but there was a suspension to be paid accusing me of not having sent the medical prescription (what not true because I had sent it a long time before but they had not seen it) ..... They did not know exactly the amount and were waiting for someone to pass by them for the balance.
In practice they kept my analysis steady for not having seen the recipe sent days before ...... Rude and rude staff. Never again, don't go.
For the record I made a bank transfer of 10 € ...... the rest is tip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le personnel est extrêmement gentils, la personne qui s'occupe de la sécurité est très prévenante.
toutes les analyses se passent très bien en règle générale, les résultats arrivent dans des temps raisonnables.
/!/ à savoir aucun membre du personnel ne parle français donc deux choix souvent à vous parler: (italien ou anglais).
les deux points négatifs,
1-les plages horaires (dans l'après-midi, impossible de récupérer ses analyses ou de faire un PCR).prix 60 euros "janvier 2022"
2-seconde, les PCR sont réalisés d'une manière très particulière, c'est effrayant.
**PCR d'autres laboratoires à Naples sont à 50 euros avec des méthodes de prélèvements plus douces et avec du personnel qui parle français.

the two negative points,

**PCR from other laboratories in Naples are 50 euros with gentler sampling methods and with staff who speak French.
