f	franco auricchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente un laboratorio molto deludente , personale sgarbato e arrogante , non tengono conto di nessuno e non danno la precedenza alle persone con invalidità, pur facendolo presente , non hanno nessuna professionalità solo modi burberi e arroganti. Da evitare e magari fargli capire che per fare questo lavoro ci vuole professionalità e passione. M	Michela Paccamiccio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto delusa dal personale al desk e da chi risponde al telefono: chiamo ben 2 volte facendo presente che ho l'invalidità per patologia oncologica ed entrambe le volte mi viene risposto di farlo subito presente la mattina per evitare di attendere troppo a lungo in un luogo in cui tra l'altro si fanno test per il covid....e magicamente entrambe le volte mi viene risposto che non è possibile perché fuori ci sono anche persone anziane e che al telefono si sono sbagliati. Quindi il max che possono farmi è farmi stare seduta dentro invece che fuori, ma lo dicono pure scocciate. Siete vergognosi! Sono rimasta mezzora in sala d'attesa con pz sospetti covid! Il top è la signora del desk che nello spiegermi le procedure di accesso mi dice sottovoce "Sa ormai l'invalidità ce l'hanno tutti!"" ?‍♀️ offensivi!!! Personalmente sono sempre rimasto molto soddisfatto dei servizi del laboratorio e del annesso poliambulatorio, ancor di più del aspetto umano e professionale Con Il quale tutto il personale si impegna. Unica nota dolente, ma per fortuna non riconducibile al laboratorio, è la cattiva educazione di alcuni cittadini che con modi arroganti e maleducati pretendono di saltare le file. Per fortuna il personale ha sempre tutelato il rispetto delle regole, della buona educazione e delle reali esigenze. F	F C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCONSIGLIO vivamente di utilizzare questo laboratorio e il suo personale per qualsiasi tipo di servizio medico. Ho fatto delle analisi specifiche presso di loro e, prima ancora di ricevere l’esito, sono stato avvertito dal mio medico di famiglia che “QUALCUNO” all’interno della struttura si è permesso di alzare il telefono per comunicare il risultato delle analisi a lui stesso violando ogni tipo di privacy prevista nel caso. Mi sono recato al laboratorio e ho chiesto chi fosse stato a compiere questo atto di una gravità incalcolabile. Il personale al banco di accettazione composto da 2-3 Donne quasi balbettava per l’evidente incapacità di darmi una risposta, o quantomeno prendersi la responsabilità di fornirmene una plausibile, continuavano nervosamente a guardarsi tra di loro. Ho chiesto l’intervento immediato di un responsabile che potesse fornire una chiara spiegazione in merito al gravissimo comportamento. Dopo qualche minuto, e diverse sparizioni e apparizioni del personale, si è presentato un “Direttore” il quale si è posto immediatamente in una posizione di arroganza e maleducazione. Il tutto davanti agli occhi increduli dei pazienti presenti. La normativa sulla privacy, importantissima in ogni ambito, “dovrebbe” essere ancora più rigida in materia medica. Il gesto compiuto dal personale del Laboratorio Sabino è di una gravità inaudita, e ancora peggio è la reazione da parte loro alla mia legittima domanda. La denuncia per violazione della privacy che cadrà sopra all’intera struttura e al suo intero personale sarà di enormi proporzioni.
