Potrebbe gestire meglio i prezzi infatti non ho dato 5 stelle perché non ho notato grandi sconti e offerte speciali dedicate al periodo del Black Friday. La vetrina è sempre ben curata e piena di decorazioni sempre a tema.
Great stationery! Friendly staff. Very stocked on school stationery. He could manage the prices better in fact I have not given 5 stars because I have not noticed great discounts and special offers dedicated to the Black Friday period. The showcase is always well-kept and full of themed decorations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartoleria abbastanza fornita con dei prezzi medio-alti. Ciò che abbassa totalmente il livello è il rapporto con il cliente da parte di uno dei commessi, cosa che ho potuto constatare anche attraverso il confronto con altri clienti negli anni. In particolare:
- Difficoltà nella gestione dell'ordine di priorità nelle file di clienti;
- Mancanza di puntualità nell'orario di apertura anche dopo aver notato che ci sono dei clienti in attesa all'esterno;
Nel 2021 ci sono ancora molte attività che non hanno compreso un basilare concetto del settore terziario: dare importanza al cliente significa dare importanza alla propria attività.

- Difficulty in managing the order of priority in the customer ranks;
- Lack of punctuality in opening hours even after noticing that there are customers waiting outside;
In 2021 there are still many businesses that have not understood a basic concept of the tertiary sector: giving importance to the customer means giving importance to your business.
