Dalle segretarie alle dottoresse... Meravigliose davvero... La gestone direzionale del laboratorio è davvero schifosa.... Non si riesce a prendere la linea.. Si vede davvero molto la spremitura di soldi e del personale... Una gestione orripilante che davvero getta onta su un luogo dacsempre accogliente e professionale... La colpa nn è dei dipendenti tutti meravigliosi, ma di chi "gestisce" questa attivita... Altamente schifata... Spero vivamente che questa "lamentela" non sia vana e che produca migliorie alla gestione. Excellent staff especially Dr. Olga ... But do Lifebrain executives realize they don't deserve such a staff? From the secretaries to the doctors ... Really wonderful ... The managerial management of the laboratory is really disgusting .... You can't get on the line .. Oggi giorno la gente mentre si muore di fame e cerca lavoro, c’è chi il lavoro ce l’ha e lo schifa. Se non sopportare più lavorare al pubblico, cedete il posto..... a chi ne ha bisogno!!! Sono 10 giorni che provo a chiamare, alle 7, alle 8, alle 12, alle 15!!! e continua il disco con gli orari. Attese di 10-15 minuti e poi naturalmente attacco. MAI PIÙ!!!! Mai più. Mai più. Mi dispiace tantissimo per la Signora Giovanna e la Dott.ssa Beatrice che sono le uniche note positive di questo laboratorio. m	monica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a chiedere informazioni riguardo un certo tipo di analisi e con l'occasione ho chiesto anche quanto costasse il sierologico per il covid. Ho fatto presente che la mattina, lavorando, non avevo la possibilità di venire per l'ora indicata dei prelievi. Con scortesia mi è stato risposto:" provi in altri laboratori diversi da noi!". Ho ringraziato dicendo:" ok, la ringrazio! Buona giornata". Non ho ottenuto nessuna risposta. Sarà un mio pensiero, ma in tempi di pandemia uno dovrebbe apprezzare maggiormente il proprio lavoro ed essere comunque cortese se una persona con un determinato problema X si presenta per fare delle specifiche analisi. Mah........ e dire che ho sempre fatto le analisi in questo laboratorio... chissà cos'è cambiato.... Un rilievo negativo è quello relativo all'accoglienza allo sportello di un'operatrice che risulta troppo fredda e distaccata: basterebbe un sorriso e un po' più di cortesia. Oltretutto la beffa perché si è costretti a rivenire anche una seconda volta,sempre in loco, per pagare e ritirare analisi ... Scusate ma la cosa non ha nessun senso logico.
