★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per fare il tampone d'accordo il doverlo pagare ma avevano detto le risposte in giornata!!! E nulla se telefoni nn rispondono mai sempre in attesa o occupato... era la prima volta che andavo lì e per la poca onestà nn ci tornerò mai più!! Abbiamo mandato anche un'email ma nessuna notizia !! Se potevo aspettare tanto andavo all'ospedale che era gratuito!!!!! Serietà "0"......
 To make the tampon agree to have to pay it but they had said the answers in the day !!! And nothing if phones nn never answer always waiting or busy ... it was the first time I went there and for the lack of honesty I will never go back !! We also sent an email but no news !! If I could wait that long I would go to the hospital which was free !!!!! Seriousness "0" ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata dalla Dottoressa Egidi perché ho avuto seri problemi di acne di cui nessuno riusciva a capire le cause e quindi risolvere. Le uniche soluzioni proposte da altri specialisti erano antibiotici e pillola. Ho effettuato un trattamento di due mesi con la Dottoressa Egidi che ha neutralizzato il problema. Ho speso meno di quanto mi avessero chiesto presso centri estetici gestiti da personale non medico e il risultato è stato stupefacente e duraturo. Lo consiglio vivamente.
I went to Dr. Egidi because I had serious acne problems that nobody could understand the causes and then solve. The only solutions proposed by other specialists were antibiotics and pill. I carried out a two-month treatment with Dr. Egidi who neutralized the problem. I spent less than they asked me at beauty centers run by non-medical staff and the result was amazing and lasting. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura impreparata dicono di non entrare nella struttura ma telefonare per fare tamponi ma dopo 20 telefonate sia al cellulare che al fisso non risponde nessuno inoltre chieste informazioni ad una addetta del centro che per caso era uscita mi sono sentito rispondere che la dottoressa era impegnata e avrei dovuto aspettare dai 30/45 minuti forse!!! Preciso che avevo preso appuntamento e loro avevano detto di essere puntuali.
Unprepared structure they say not to enter the structure but to call to swab but after 20 calls both to the mobile phone and to the landline no one answers furthermore I asked for information to an employee of the center who by chance had gone out I was told that the doctor was busy and I would had to wait 30/45 minutes maybe !!! I specify that I had made an appointment and they had said to be on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo prenotare per una visita cardiaca e una elettrocardiogramma ma mi hanno risposto che nn hanno il cardiologo in sede. Sul sito di internet diceva il contrario. Aggiornatelo.
I had to book for a cardiac visit and an electrocardiogram but they replied that they don't have a cardiologist on site. On the website it said otherwise. Update it.

Assolutamente inadeguati, superficiali e non trasparenti.
Ho prenotato il giorno 29, facendo presente che avevo propblemi hai polmoni. Hanno raccolto troppi campioni e non hanno la possibilità di lavorarli, scrivendo per mail scuse abbastanza imbarazzanti e puerili Specialmente la seconda in data odierna. Dove davano la colpa all'azienda che si occupa di sviluppare i test per colpa di macchinari rotti.
Tampone molecolare attesa massima prevista 48 ore, dopo viene a mancare l'esattezza.
Vi vorrei ricordare, che il mio dottore non sa che cura darmi senza il tampone!!!!!
Veramente incompetenti, non posso mettere zero stelle ma lo farei volentieri.

I booked on day 29, noting that I had lung problems. They have collected too many samples and do not have the opportunity to work with them, writing quite embarrassing and childish apologies by e-mail. Especially the second one today. Where they blamed the company that develops the tests for broken machinery.
Molecular buffer expected maximum wait 48 hours, after which the accuracy is lacking.
I would like to remind you, that my doctor does not know what treatment to give me without the tampon !!!!!
Really incompetent, I can't put zero stars but I'd gladly do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre avuto esperienze positive in questo poliambulatorio, hanno sempre risposto alle chiamate (sia per tamponi che per visite specialistiche), quindi non capisco di cosa stiamo parlando nelle altre recensioni.
La Dottoressa Egidi ed il suo staff sono molto gentili e attenti ad ogni richiesta e problematica, non posso che consigliarli vivamente!
I have always had positive experiences in this clinic, they always answered calls (both for tampons and specialist visits), so I don't understand what we are talking about in the other reviews.
Doctor Egidi and her staff are very kind and attentive to every request and problem, I can only highly recommend them!

Prendono prenotazioni eccessive per lucrare sui tamponi per poi lasciare ore in fila i prenotati insieme ai non prenotati, in mezzo alla strada. Rispetto al mio appuntamento sono arrivati a circa 2 ore di ritardo.
Poi, una volta raccolti i campioni, avvisano per email che anche i risultati arriveranno in estremo ritardo.
Inoltre a causa di ciò i tamponi molecolari raccolti non vengono processati in tempo, perdendo molta affidabilità.
Si tratta di pagare 60 euro un tampone peggiore di uno rapido e riceverlo dopo 4 giorni.

They take excessive bookings to make money on the tampons and then leave the reserved hours in line together with the unreserved ones, in the middle of the street. Compared to my appointment they arrived about 2 hours late.
Then, once the samples have been collected, they notify by email that the results will also arrive very late.
Furthermore, due to this, the collected molecular swabs are not processed in time, thus losing a lot of reliability.
It involves paying 60 euros for a tampon worse than a quick one and receiving it after 4 days.
