★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meleducati ,scortesi e la professionalità non conoscono cosa sia soprattutto chi risponde al telefono. Al di là della cornetta c'è gente che purtroppo ha bisogno del vostro servizio e quando chi risponde al telefono si permette di chiudere la cornetta in faccia al cliente o meglio al PAZIENTE perché non ha voglia di lavorare sarebbe meglio che se ne stia a casa o cambi lavoro dove non deve avere a che fare con le PERSONE .
Polite, rude and professionalism do not know what it is especially those who answer the phone. Beyond the handset there are people who unfortunately need your service and when those who answer the phone allow themselves to close the handset in the face of the customer or rather the PATIENT because they do not want to work it would be better if they stay at home or change jobs where you don't have to deal with PEOPLE.
