L’unica pecca gravissima ma tipica italiana non rispondere mai al telefono e non hanno nessuna giustificazione. Very kind in the new efficient office and all young active and attentive staff. The only serious but typical Italian flaw is that you never answer the phone and have no justification.

L'indomani mi consegnano un'altra striscia dove mi affermano di aver consegnato la raccomandata all'uficio di s, g, galermo ,e posso ritirarlo dal 17 in poi.Mi reco all'uffio e dopo aver fatto la fila ,mi dicono che è stato consegnato all'ufficio di Gravina:per recarmi fuori comune devo farmi rilasciare dalle poste un certificato che asserisce il mio ritiro presso Gravina di una raccomandata.Per i vigili urbani sono fuori comune:Care poste Italiane affidate recapiti ad un'agenzia ,che come seprete gia' non consegna mai notifiche brevi mano ,ma bensi' lascia lo scontrino attestante : Nessuno era presente ,quindi si provvede al deposito presso l'ufficio postale. Poste Italiane E' giunto il momento di fare qualcosa da parecchi anni esiste quest'uso da parte di questa agenzia: E' assurdo continuare a servirsi di questi signori che arrecono solo disservizi a tutti con continui vai e vieni da un ufficio ad un altro,per non parlare di quasndo devi ritirare presso di loro a parecchi km di distanza.Un servizio pessimo,che poste italiane AVALLA senza fare nulla. Se non consegnano al secondo tentativo che ho richiesto, aprirò reclamo e qualcuno piangerà! Bad! They leave notice without delivery attempt !!!
