★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pagato la bellezza di 60 euro per un tampone PCR, che per ben QUATTRO volte avevo richiesto se rilasciasse il risultato in inglese, e me lo hanno rilasciato comunque in italiano a un giorno dal mio volo. C'erano soltanto due minuscole note in inglese, che per il governo inglese non sono chiaramente sufficienti.
Risultato, sono dovuta andare in aeroporto il giorno prima della partenza, mi è stato confermato che il certificato di tampone negativo rilasciato da questi individui non era valido ed ho dovuto fare un secondo tampone con rilascio di certificato in inglese.
Se avessero detto da subito che non erano in grado di rilasciare un certificato interamente in inglese, come altri laboratori di analisi fanno, avrei risparmiato 60 euro.
Spero la mia esperienza sia utile a qualcuno perché non auguro a nessuno di stare con l'ansia con cui sono stata io ad un giorno dal volo.
I paid a whopping 60 euros for a PCR swab, which I had asked for FOUR times to release the result in English, and they still issued it to me in Italian one day after my flight. There were only two tiny notes in English, which are clearly not enough for the British government.
Result, I had to go to the airport the day before departure, I was confirmed that the negative swab certificate issued by these individuals was not valid and I had to do a second swab with a certificate in English.
If they had said right away that they weren't able to issue a certificate entirely in English, as other analytical laboratories do, I would have saved 60 euros.
I hope my experience will be useful to someone because I do not wish anyone to be with the anxiety with which I was one day after the flight.
