Faccio riferimento ad una prima mammografia effettuata in questa struttura e la mia segnalazione scritta per la quale non ho avuto ne un riscontro ne interesse dalla Direzione. La Dott.ssa Eandi mi ha accolto sbattendo la porta del suo ufficio, senza un saluto e senza neanche avermi guardato negli occhi. Si è presentata con aria saccente, indaffarata con diversi referti di altre pazienti in disordine davanti a lei, cercando di sistemarli insieme all’assistente mentre parlava con me. Si è comportata in modo infastidito, di fretta, senza porre minimamente attenzione alla mia persona. Parlando del mio esame non spiegava bene l’esito in quanto dimostrava solo di essere di fretta e una totale mancanza di professionalità e sensibilità. Il suo atteggiamento era da maestra, e mi ha fatto sentire come se fossi nient’altro che un fastidio. Ho voluto chiedere spiegazioni e chiarimenti visto che in passato un altro dottore mi ha suggerito un approccio diverso per futuri controlli, ma la Dott.ssa Eandi continuava a rispondermi con disprezzo e superiorità. Avrei seri dubbi nel ripresentarmi davanti a questa persona in futuro e cercherò centri diagnostici alternativi dove il personale medico sappia essere più empatico e professionale. Dr. Eandi welcomed me by slamming the door of her office, without a greeting and without even looking me in the eye. She presented herself with a knowing air, busy with several reports of other patients in disorder in front of her, trying to arrange them together with the assistant while she was talking to me. She behaved annoyed, in a hurry, without paying any attention to my person. Speaking of my exam, he did not explain the outcome well as it only showed that he was in a hurry and a total lack of professionalism and sensitivity. Her attitude was like a teacher, and made me feel like I was nothing more than a nuisance. I wanted to ask for explanations and clarifications since in the past another doctor suggested a different approach for future checks, but Dr. Eandi continued to answer me with contempt and superiority. I would have serious doubts about coming back to this person in the future and will look for alternative diagnostic centers where medical staff know how to be more empathetic and professional.

Spero di non tornarci più!!!! Unfortunately I was not happy! The premises are dated and dilapidated and not very hygienic (ceiling with water infiltrations!) Not punctual with appointments! I hope to never go back !!!!
