Ho fatto un contratto di attivazione l’11 di dicembre presso lo sportello di via San Giorgio a Prato avendo avuto la loro garanzia che entro 5 giorni avrei avuto la corrente allacciata. Oggi che è il 5 di gennaio ancora non ho ricevuto l’attivazione e la cosa più bella è che sono 20 giorni che mi rimbalzano da un callcenter all’altro facendomi ripassare dallo sportello di via San Giorgio senza sapermi dire il perché. Nessuno riesce a farmi sapere quando avrò la corrente ne perché ancora non mi è stata attaccata. Diffidate di ciò che vi dicono per farvi firmare il contratto. Sono una massa di fancazzisti allo sbando senza un responsabile in grado di darti delle risposte...fatto il contratto del resto se ne lavano le mani...il massimo che sanno fare è inviare una mail The worst of the universe ... Mi hanno chiamato due volte oggi raccontando un sacco di balle, spacciandosi per gli stessi che mi hanno fatto fare l'ultimo cambio (e non è vero), sostenendo che il costo al kWh si calcola facendo strani conti in cui finiscono per comparire due volte le stesse voci di costo e così via; e laal fine, dietro le mie domande specifiche mi dicono: attenda un attimo in linea, devo fare una verifica; e dopo qualche secondo, vedi caso, la comunicazione si interrompe. Nel senso che riattaccano. Sono degli autentici truffatori, statene il più possibile alla larga. A band of scoundrels. Tuttora (nonostante sia fuggita dalle loro grinfie) sono bombardata da telefonate...ormai con contatti inseriti in lista nera. INVADENT ... INSISTENT ... OBSESSIVE ... My stay in Estra lasted less than a month during which I was stalked by the call center operators who offered me "more advantageous" rates every three days !! Still (despite having escaped from their clutches) I am bombarded by phone calls ... now with contacts on the blacklist.

Non capisco le recensioni negative, sono molto bravi e competenti, in particolare la Sig.ra Anna mi ha sempre assistito con grande competenza e professionalità. Compagnie come la vostra dovrebbero esser chiuse,meglio ancora se fallite miseramente,altro non meritate. Stateci tutti lontani. Zero stars would be too much. Customer services void. Nothing serious. Zero cost competitiveness. Solution of null problems. Companies like yours should be closed, even better if you fail miserably, you don't deserve anything else. Stay there all away.
A	Aurora Cambi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi capita spesso di andare in giro per uffici, mi sono recata al punto clienti di Estra a Prato e devo ammettere, nonostante sia io di gusti difficili, che la cortesia riscontrata mi ha spiazzato perchè solitamente negli uffici pubblici è difficile trovare cortesia e gentilezza. Non mi ricordo il nome dell'operatrice che mi ha servito, credo che dall'accento sia stata una signora sarda ed è stata davvero cortese e molto gentile e cosa da non poco.... molto professionale, ha risolto la mia situazione e mi ha aiutato a capire come posso evitare eventuali altri disagi. Avendo avuto bisogno di fare una pratica un po' lunga ho avuto modo di notare anche gli altri operatori, devo ammettere che sono stati tutti molto gentili nonostante ci fosse un gran via vai di clienti (alcuni anche non molto educati) consiglio questo ufficio molto fortemente. I do not remember the name of the operator who served me, I think that from the accent it was a Sardinian lady and she was really courteous and very kind and not a little ... very professional, she solved my situation and I helped me understand how I can avoid any other inconvenience. Having needed to do a little bit of practice, I was able to notice the other operators too, I must admit that they were all very kind even though there was a lot of customers coming and going (some even not very polite) I recommend this office very strongly.
