Functional structure, quick courteous and exhaustive staff. I don't put 5 stars just because, especially in this emergency period, I would have liked a disinfectant dispenser at the entrance for patients in acceptance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiamato per un esame da fare, sia io che mio marito in e momenti diversi e la signora che mi ha risposto e stata molto sgarbata . Non aveva nessuna voglia di lavorare persone così per me dovrebbero stare a casa! Ho dovuto insistere e rivolgermi bruscamente (oltretutto sto chiamando da stamattina e mi hanno risposto alle 5 e mezza) perché per sapere il prezzo di un esame mi ha detto che lei non lo sapeva... quando in realtà settimane prima me lo avevano detto... evidentemente si scocciava di andare a controllare. Anche per altre informazioni non ha saputo o voluto dirci niente se sapessi il nome e il cognome la farei licenziare subito
We called for an exam to be done, both my husband and I at different times and the lady who answered me was very rude. He had no desire to work people like that for me they should stay at home! I had to insist and turn abruptly (plus I have been calling since this morning and they answered me at 5:30 am) because to find out the price of an exam she told me that she did not know ... when in reality they had told me weeks before. .. evidently he was annoyed to go and check. Also for other information she did not know or wanted to tell us anything if I knew her name and surname I would have her fired immediately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi hanno prenotato x le 830 essendo invalido e con un catetere appeso ho chiesto l. urgenza mi hanno chiamato dopo 3ore e. mezza poi fatto il contrasto ho atteso un altra oraemezza. x la risposta fra 8 giorni troppo tempo.

they booked me for 830 because I was invalid and with a catheter hanging I asked for it. urgently they called me after 3 hours and. half then done the contrast I waited another hour half. x response in 8 days too long.
