Il risultato? Ho speso 80 euro e mi hanno fatto aspettare una settimana per ricevere l'esito, quando so con certezza che molti altri laboratori della zona li consegnano in 24 max 48 ore. Devono solo vergognarsi, lo sconsiglio vivamente. La cosa più grave ovviamente è che il mio dipendente in questa settimana, nel dubbio, non è stato sottoposto alle opportune cure per COVID. Siamo arrivati a venerdì 23 ed i risultati non arrivano, costringendomi a casa senza lavorare, senza avere idea neanche sommaria dei tempi. Alle mie richieste di spiegazioni ricevo sempre scuse diverse e contrastanti. Lo sconsiglio caldamente a tutti. Total disservice.
