Ci vengo da un altro quartiere x fare il prelievo con lui ..ma vi prego, senza commentare le due frasi inopportune dette dalla sostitituta di Torzelli durante il prelievo oggi, una delle quali era sui pazienti che stamattina si sono alzati tutti presto!!!, suggeritele almeno di fare un accennato sorriso con gli occhi dietro la mascherina che rende più sopportabile l assenza di Torzelli che è bravissimo e umano. Grazie Mrs. Gabriella at the Reception has a availability and cuteness that has lasted for years. Dr. Torzelli is unique. I come from another neighborhood to take the blood sample with him .. but please, without commenting on the two inappropriate phrases said by Torzelli's substitute during the blood collection today, one of which was on the patients who all got up early this morning !!! , suggest at least to make a slight smile with the eyes behind the mask that makes the absence of Torzelli, who is very good and human, more bearable. Dopo il prelievo mancavano le etichette, essendo noi in due, c'è il rischio di confondersi, perché bisogna alzarsi a prenderle. Le analisi non sono arrivate via mail ma dopo 10 giorni sono andato lì. Ed era pronta solo una. Esito intolleranza su più di 100 alimenti, io e mia moglie abbiamo le stesse, si vede che siamo gemelli. La fattura ho dovuto richiederla due volte. Zero non si può dare. m	marcello piacentini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza per strumentazione usata (aghi enormi, evidentemente per risparmiare sulla pelle dei clienti) scortesia e inefficienza (non rispondono al telefono e alle mail). Sbagliano la mia mail a cui inviare le risposte e mi procurano un danno avendo dovuto annullare una importante visita. Ormai le analisi non mi servivano più ma, dopo 2 settimane, scrivo ma non rispondono e allora telefono e dopo molto mi risponde il titolare che oltretutto, alle mie giuste rimostranze, lui sì molto "signorilmente", mi ha anche detto che ero un cafone..! Secondo il suo vedere forse lo sono ma ovvio che gli dico che non mi vedranno più ma, anche in questo caso, il titolare mi ha risposto che è lui che non mi vuole più vedere.. e allora trasmetto questo suo desiderio a tutti quelli che posso raggiungere per una libera valutazione della mia esperienza.. attenti a non contraddirlo o a fargli notare i suoi errori! Partiamo dal fatto che il tizio che ci ha fatto il prelievo era lo stesso che ci aveva registrato al pc, non l'ho visto disinfettarsi le mani prima di tirare il sangue ma nemmeno mettersi i guanti. In più ho dovuto aspettare (e sto ancora aspettando) i risultati. Per me è inconcepibile attendere più di 10 giorni per dei risultati che comunque ancora non arrivano perché hanno "un problema col programma". Ma in che senso?! Sconsigliatissimo e spero venga l'asl a farvi chiudere! Let's say I'm too kind to put 1 star. But in what sense ?! Not recommended and I hope the ASL is to make you close!
M	Mamana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per carita' una volta sono andata e mai più riandro' per una semplice analisi che di solito in altri laboratori mi danno in giornata mi hanno detto che ci sarebbero voluti 10 giorni di attesa e che per averle prima avrei dovuto dare dei soldi in più
A	Anti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi sono andata a fare delle analisi che mi servivano per il giorno dopo da presentare in ospedale perché dovevo fare una risonanza e mi hanno detto che le risposte erano dopo 10 giorni,follia perché mi ero già informato a più laboratori e mi avevano detto che in giornata sarebbero state pronte ma non potendole fare da nessun altra parte perché mi trovavo con il banco a lavorare lì e non avrei fatto in tempo a farle da nessun altra parte sono stato costretto a farle li da loro e ho dovuto pagare €6,50 per averele l'indomani perché ormai avevo fatto il prelievo

Ottimo servizio in tutto, sono stato molto soddisfatto, i referti inviati via mail ed è comodo! Ragazza alla reception gentilissima e dottore bravo e gentile! :-) Inoltre anche il servizio dei tamponi anticovid è efficiente e sono stato soddisfatto anche lì ^^ Great workshop!
