La sede di Roma/Pomezia (l'unica "esistente") non è attiva, il numero di telefono fornito dall'assistenza clienti nazionale è inesistente e chiamando quello che si trova su internet il disco risponde che è chiuso. Dunque non c'è possibilità di contattare direttamente i responsabili del proprio pacco.
Inoltre la prenotazione del ritiro del servizio clienti SDS nazionale è una TRUFFA! Il pacco non viene recapitato all'ora richiesta.
Un FALLIMENTO su tutta la linea!

The Rome / Pomezia office (the only one "existing") is not active, the telephone number provided by the national customer service is non-existent and by calling the one who is on the internet the disk answers that it is closed. Therefore there is no possibility to contact the persons responsible for your package directly.
Furthermore the reservation of the withdrawal of the national SDS customer service is a SCAM! The package is not delivered at the requested time.
A FAILURE across the board!
