Nel complesso è un buon vino adatto in principal modo per i giovani per un apertivo. Consigliato. Falangina straw yellow color. Medium intense flavor and moderately fruity (perhaps slightly). Dry on the palate, with an intense alcohol content. Overall it is a good wine suitable mainly for young people for an aperitif. Recommended.

Inoltre l'azienda ha scelto la produzione di energia con i pannelli fotovoltaici,aderendo così ad una cultura ecologica delle energie rinnovabili. Ottimo il caffe' che ci è stato offerto e ovviamente il vino Good wine and kindness. Mr Alfredo is an excellent host. Specifico che mi riferisco al Solopaca rosso. Sia il rosso che il bianco ho comprato in passato e non era buon vino,come tanti in commercio,pensavo fosse migliorato oggi col marchio doc...invece... It is useless to have the DOC brand if the product is less than mediocre ... I understand the moderate price but it would be better to spend twice as much but have a better wine ... I am specifically referring to the red Solopaca.
