 Small winery in the heart of the village of Volpaia. We were greeted by two guys who were as kind as they were available in telling us the story of their cellar and in offering us a taste of their wine.
Really suggestive location
Highly recommended !!!

Siamo stati accolti molto gentilmente e i giudizi sui loro prodotti ( un rosato e un rosso ) sono sicuramente positivi.
Tappa consigliata!
Winery in the historic center of Volpaia which has recently entered the world of its own wine production.
We were greeted very kindly and the reviews on their products (a rosé and a red) are certainly positive.
Recommended stop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante il borgo fosse praticamente deserto visto il periodo fuori stagione ci hanno accolto e aperto la cantina e fatto degustare i loro vini e il loro olio. Gentilissimi e carini sicuramente da visitare e degustare la loro produzione di chianti classico, rosso Toscana igt e rosè.
Although the village was practically deserted, given the off-season period, they welcomed us and opened the cellar and let us taste their wines and their oil. Very kind and cute, definitely to visit and taste their production of Chianti Classico, Toscana Red IGT and Rosé.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir sind einfach nur durch Volpaia spaziert, haben ins Schaufenster geschaut und das nette Inhaber-Pärchen bot sofort herzlich an uns ihren Wein verkosten zu lassen. Den kleinen Weinkeller gab's auch noch zu sehen. Sehr niedlich! :)
We recommend! We just walked through Volpaia, looked into the shop window and the nice owner couple immediately offered to let us taste their wine. There was also a small wine cellar to see. Very cute! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 5 days in Radda where we rented a house from Alessandro - the owner of this winery. He (along with his girlfriend, Lisa) invited us to the winery in Volpaia which is within the medieval walls of Volpaia. We spent almost 3 hours with this amazing, hard working couple. We did a wine tasting and ended up buying a large amount of wine to be shipped home to the United States. They gave us the rich history of the vineyard and gave us a tour of one of their apartments in the medieval castle just steps from the winery. They are hard working, gracious people and we felt immediately connected to them, appreciating the work this young couple puts into their business. We highly recommend stopping here while you are in Tuscany - it was one of our favorite parts of our 2 week trip to Italy. Check out their instagram for photos and videos. They actually pick the grapes by hand. We will definitely be ordering more wine from them as we need it. We can't wait to return next year to this beautiful winery with these beautiful people.
