★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da viandante, sono stata davvero grata a questo ristorante, che mi ha accolta, sfamata e anche fatto sorridere, in un panorama in cui i ristori aperti (in generale, ed in particolare in bassa stagione) sono molto rari, e non sempre all'altezza. Situato nel centro del paese di Castelnuovo, il locale si trova dentro ad un palazzo storico. L'arredo, unica nota stonata, lascia alquanto a desiderare: vetusto, demodè e anche molto disarmonico tra le diverse zone, ma non bisogna farsi ingannare o scoraggiare. Il personale è molto cordiale. Il menu è giustamente ristretto, ma vario ed invitante a suo modo. Il cibo era sinceramente ottimo, anche la pizza: ha superato, di molto, le aspettative. Prezzi davvero onesti. Diventa una tappa irrinunciabile, per quando saremo in zona!!
As a traveler, I was really grateful to this restaurant, which welcomed me, fed me and even made me smile, in a landscape where open refreshments (in general, and in particular in low season) are very rare, and not always at the height. Located in the center of the town of Castelnuovo, the restaurant is located inside a historic building. The decor, the only discordant note, leaves something to be desired: old-fashioned, old-fashioned and also very disharmonic between the different areas, but we must not be deceived or discouraged. The staff are very friendly. The menu is appropriately restricted, yet varied and inviting in its own way. The food was genuinely excellent, even the pizza: it far exceeded expectations. Really fair prices. It becomes an essential stop, for when we are in the area !!
