Il locale si sviluppa all'interno della cinta muraria del borgo, poco oltre la porta principale di ingresso. L'ingresso ti accoglie con un bellissimo ambiente con soffitti a volta, che regalano un'atmosfera a tono con l'ambiente medievale. Il locale è pulito e curato, e anche il servizio igienico è pulito e in ordine. Il servizio ha buone tempistiche, e la ragazza è molto gentile ed educata. Ho apprezzato che mi abbiano chiesto il livello di cottura della carne, di ottima qualità. Prezzi assolutamente onesti. Ci tornerò sicuramente. I had lunch in this place today, following a visit to the beautiful medieval village of Fornelli. The restaurant develops inside the walls of the village, just beyond the main entrance door. The entrance welcomes you with a beautiful environment with vaulted ceilings, which give an atmosphere in tune with the medieval environment. The place is clean and well-kept, and the toilet is also clean and tidy. The service has good timing, and the girl is very nice and polite. I appreciated that they asked me the level of cooking of the meat, of excellent quality. Absolutely fair prices. I will definitely be back.

Ho assaggiato un po' di prodotti e specialità locali, tutto ottimo e ben preparato. Un luogo perfetto rifocillarsi prima o dopo aver visitato il borgo. Ci tornerò sicuramente alla mia proforma visita in paese Inside the ancient village, suggestive and well kept. Nice and kind owners. Il titolare è simpaticissimo e molto cordiale: sa consigliare cosa prendere ed è molto disponibile anche nel dare spiegazioni chiare inerenti alla storia del borgo. Then I had the pork ribs, which are not like the American ones with bbq sauce on them but came plain with no sauce but was very tasty. I had a side of vegetables with it. Ended with a dessert of semifreddo with coffee flavor. Would recommend this restaurant. Oh and the restaurant is located just inside the castle walls of Fornelli and so the inside is wonderful with the arched ceiling.
