La qualità della pizza è di un livello a dir poco eccellente con assortimenti che vanno dalle più semplici alle più sofisticate ma tutte molto buone. E' ottima la qualità dell'impasto ma non da meno i prodotti a corredo. Per non parlare dei dolci, belli a vedersi e tutti di ottimo gusto. Anche i tempi di attesa sono brillanti in funzione della clientela. Insomma ne vale veramente la pena, non lasciano nulla al caso, tutto perfetto nei minimi particolari To begin with, a modern, bright, well furnished and functional room. Il problema di quando mangi fuori nella zona di Isernia è sempre lo stesso, sai quando ordini ma non sai quando ti arriva. Siamo entrati alle 9 e un quarto, antipasti finiti di arrivare alle 10 e mezza, le pizze arrivate dopo un’altra mezz’ora. Il dessert in genere arriva prima, quando il locale comincia a svuotarsi a maggior ragione, niente, arrivato dopo altri venti minuti. Siamo usciti a mezzanotte inoltrata. Qualche portata dimenticata, sbagliata o confusa con altri tavoli. Il dessert “dolce inverno” è un’idea fenomenale, uno dei dolci più buoni che abbia mai mangiato, anche se era veramente un assaggio per quanto era piccola la porzione.
